The business was extremely welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in the door and made an appointment. I was matched with a consultant who new lots about the places I want to travel to. Lisa was amazing! She made great suggestions while incorporating my ideas. She took heaps of time with me but there was no pressure to purchase. Less than a week later she made my bookings for me. So super easy and I am now excited and looking forward to my holiday of a lifetime! 😊

Matilda Day is extremely helpful in all aspects of the booking- flights, transfers,accommodation, insurance, daily tours. If Matilda is unsure she asks for and receives great assistance. Other employees give advice as to their experiences on similar destinations. Any of our concerns are no trouble to be resolved

We found Brittney at Narellan to be a pleasure to deal with and full of helpfull information, she made arranging a 3 day break in Port Douglas for 14 people so easy, will definitely return to plan our next break.

Many thanks to Britney at Narellan Flight Centre for taking care with my travel arrangements last year and this year, everything was flawless and the pricing was great, I had help with the seat selection and preferring more leg room and Britney took care of that and provided the ticketing in a good "old school" style folder , that I really appreciate, being an old bloke.
