Travel agent incompetent. Booked the wrong flights, unable to re-book, booked the wrong accommodation said she couldn't re-book, and we had to re-book it all, consequently lost payment on one London hotel and she didn't try to get it back, Disneyland Paris said the way she booked the hotel made us ineligible for some additional benefits, Paris car meeting us at De Gaulle didn't turn up and so we lost that money too. A total disaster.

Prior to confirming a booking, each customer is required to check their invoice, confirming their details, names and travel arrangements are all correct before any payment is taken or booking made. Can’t fault Flight Centre Mt Eliza - Cathy was incredibly helpful, kind and caring about our particular family situation. She found endless ways to get us to the UK/Paris and back according to our wishes. Extremely grateful to her, and her communication with me was first class! We will definitely be seeing her again before our trip!
