Bailey was absolutely useless
Bailey was absolutely useless. Promised a lot and delivered nothing. I visited their store twice, called and was put on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. No response to emails. Stay away from FlightCentre Miranda as their service is absolutely useless.

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience. We have reached out to the store, and understand you were looking to book components of a tour, but not the whole package, which can often be quite tricky as suppliers tend to not break up a package.

It is important that any packages (ie. Captains Pack) be discussed so as to allow the customer to make a choice and be invoiced accordingly.

Not only is Bailey very friendly, she also instils confidence in that she knows what she is doing and has a pretty good idea of what we are after which makes the whole process very easy and enjoyable.
