I cannot recommend Telia Voss at Flight Centre Karrinyup highly enough. I’m incredibly grateful for her professionalism, patience, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail while helping us with our family’s international travel arrangements.

Telia noticed something in our itinerary that I would have completely overlooked. The flight appeared to have the same airline and flight number, so I assumed everything was fine. But Telia noticed the timing was different and insisted on double-checking rather than simply accepting it.

That attention to detail made a huge difference. After investigating further and confirming it with her manager, Shannon, they discovered that the itinerary would have left us with only around a 15-minute connection — something that would have been practically impossible.

I’m so thankful that Telia trusted her professional instinct and took the extra time to make sure everything was correct. She didn’t just help us book flights; she helped prevent a potentially serious travel problem before it happened.

Your employee Shania Branigan was great, but when trying to pay online, I had a challenge and she mentioned others sometimes have the same challenge. I checked the quoted price and then went down to the PAY section, but it wouldn't let me pay. I rang Shania who said I hadn't ticked the box a few steps prior to say I had read the Terms and Conditions. Once I did that and ticked the box I could pay.
When using other sites, when you can't submit or pay, they generally highlight in red what step you haven't complied with. That is a suggestion I would make.
