Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Chatswood Recensioni

We cannot speak highly enough of Amy Song from the Flight Centre. She helped us immensely in organising a very long and complex overseas trip, and her support throughout the entire process was exceptional.

Although we encountered a few hiccups along the way, none of which were Amy’s fault, she handled every situation skilfully, calmly and professionally. She was incredibly organised, followed up on every detail, kept us informed and was always available whenever we needed her, despite the time of the day, often going above and beyond what we expected.

Amy is not only highly capable and reliable, but also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her warm and pleasant manner made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning a trip. She is a true asset to the Flight Centre.

We booked a Vietnam and Singapore tour in Early September with Katherine from Flight Centre at Chatswood. All tours , attraction tickets and meal bookings in both countries were brilliantly organised by Katherine. It was faultless and we had one of the best holidays abroad we've ever had. I strongly recommend Katherine from Chatswood Flight Centre for any holiday booking both abroad and within Australia. We will see her for our next holiday as she goes above and beyond to get the best and efficient holidays for her customers. Absolutely fantastic!

Matt was excellent helping my group source our holiday requirements. I have used this branch before and they were great then too.

Jana Blanco from the Chatswood store was amazing - she was very helpful in planning the trip, ensuring the lay overs were well timed and organised everything A-Z for the trip.

Mark at Chatswood has just been amazing.
I called in on a Saturday to get some help and I was fully booked signed and sealed by Thursday.
Mark was professional with much help and kindness to myself and extra to my best friend who was in contact via phone a few times to check and follow up from a distance who was travelling with me. This was true patience and service going that extra mile.
Mark has ensured that I got a great deal for my trip much later in the year.
I was just so grateful to Mark for his reassurance and help that that is now settled.
I give Mark a 100/10 with many thanks 🩷.

All the aspects of the trip were well covered.
The alternatives open to us were clearly explained.
We felt that we were not being pushed in any direction.
In summary, it was a very informative and pleasant experience.

Kat was great ! It was her first booking as s travel agent. It was beautiful how colleagues guided her through it.

When I visited Flight Centre, Chatswood Joshua Bartley was a travel consulant for me. He was very kind, patient, good listener and he knew his job very well. He tried everything within his limits to give best customer service to me. I will recomend my friends and family to choose him as a travel consultant.

We had tried booking on line ourselves but became frustrated as there were so many choices! Max at Flight Centre Chatswood was very helpful and found us the best flights in no time.

Final price was higher than quoted and much higher than advertised online.
Captain pack was forced to take on although we have our own travel insurance.
I can not see any benefits from booking via flight centre unless you want to stop over in the transit place .
Price is higher than the offers by other online agents or offered by the airlines
Two days later the agent sent an email that he was leaving .
