Jodi at Carindale was able to take the stress out of having to rearrange my flights to Europe due to the Middle East crisis. She did a fantastic job, even when one of those flights was then cancelled. Jodi is always happily willing to assist in a very professional, calm manner.

A massive thank you to Kaiya for the wonderful service she has afforded to my wife and I in planning our trip to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Kaiya is the ultimate professional.
