After being let down by another agent I returned to Sean… should definitely had gone back to him first! Within hours he had found the best itinerary for flights with a pretty short lead time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he is always very kind, understanding, professional and courteous. Thank you Sean. You definitely saved the day.
