Fantastic service!
Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful with our booking enquiry. She answered any questions we had promptly and explained the steps for booking our tours and the rest of our holiday next year (as our holiday is in 2027).
This is a big trip for us and Brittany has made the process simple and easy.

There was no pressure
We were greeted with a friendly smile from a staff member who made everything so easy from start to finish including transfers and insurance.

Very friendly and knowledgeable travel agent
From the time we walked in the door and met Lydia Akerman we were impressed with her friendliness, competence and knowledge of what we required for our bookings.
She had personal experience of travelling to, in this case Vietnam and covered everything we needed to know.
She is an asset to Flight Centre.

Cairns holiday
We popped into the Flight centre to see if it was possible to get a direct flight from Christchurch to Cairns and see if we could get a twin holiday, Cairns/Port Douglas.
We were warmly greeted by Lydia who made our enquiry a reality by booking flights transfers and two centre accommodation. We also reviewed her offer of insurance which was very suitable.
Lydia is skilled at matching our requests to create a package holiday we are very much looking forward to.

I have just booked an Aussie get away for our family with Lydia Akerman ( Rangiora Branch ) .
I couldn’t recommend her enough 😊 from the moment I reached out to her about a quote - she was so pro active , really helpful and had great advice to offer .When we went into meet her , she was fabulous booking our holiday , nothing was too much of a problem .
I / We will definitely be reaching out to Lydia in the future t ok book our next trip/s.I have also recommended Lydia to my friends that are looking to book trips in the future.

Lydia was very responsive, plus extremely patient with us as we took nearly 2 weeks to settle on what experience we wanted for our 30 year wedding anniversary. She gave us lots of options and suggestions - and we are very happy with the final outcome. Fiji here we come!

I last used Flight Centre NZ in 2023 (Barrington Office, Christchurch) and received the most amazing service from a travel agent. I have just recently used Flight Centre's services again (Rangiora Office), as I am planning a trip to Australia to see a very good friend. My agent Makaela is very lovely and she accommodates to my interests, has patience with me (since I'm liaising between her and my friend), and addresses all of my questions/ concerns.
