We are back from 12 weeks, 10 countries, european holiday, all perfectly and efficiently organised by Lisa Vooght. As with previous booking with her, she is most knowledgable in her advice and recommendations. Hotels and their locations were top and taxies waiting at the airports. We highly recommend her for any booking to ensure a perfect holiday. Feike and Cecile

It’s very easy, I send an email to Stephen Parkin (whom I’ve dealt with many times)my travel details. He replies with a few options & offers to arrange accommodation, transport etc. He is very efficient with a lot of experience. Seamless

My experience was quick and easy
My experience was quick and easy, my questions got answered promptly. I’ve never booked a trip before and thought it would be stressful but it wasn’t at all. Zoe walker my travel agent was amazing

Zoe was absolutely fantastic! She got everything together incredibly fast, was super friendly, and had great communication throughout. Seriously, no mistakes, just a really nice, efficient vibe. Highly recommend!

Once the process started
Once the process started, emails rolled in, the person I dealt with was amazing, happy to help all the way through the process.
only one thing is when you say your calling back, please call them or message to say will call at a certain time to complete the package, I don't like waiting for a call that you don't know when they're going to call you back, just had other things to do,
that would be the only thing that I would change in the process I was taken through, other than that pleasant experience and very helpful.
