Angela is the best!
Angela Hunt from Flight Centre in Napier has been the most helpful and accommodating agent to deal with. Our holiday plans changed more than once as more people came on board and Angela made it so easy for us, nothing was a problem and she had all the flights and accommodation updated within the day. Expert advice and fun to deal with, we will go where Angela goes for any travel plans in future!

Amazing Stephen at Napier Flight Centre
Stephen at Napier Flight Centre was onto it! Friendly, enthusiastic and super efficient with great advice. He booked our flights instantly and I received a written confirmation within 10 minutes. He was upfront with fees and costs. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Tim possessed that great balance of friendliness and professionalism, throughout our long meeting with him. His experience as a Travel Agent is clearly evident. He answered all our questions very clearly and we left extremely happy and confident with our next holiday fully booked. Tim took over our last year's trip after the Flight Centre Rep. we were dealing with left Flight Centre (she was also great) and was equally efficient in seeing us through the last steps of organising that trip. We have dealt with Flight Centre many times over the years in other parts of the country and we have never had an experience less than excellent. Based on our experiences with Flight Centre we would never consider using any other travel agency company. We Highly recommended them to all prospective travellers.

Nothing to do with flights it was all the bookings flight centre did all wrong I no it was a group of 8 but everything was wrong booked on things we didn't ask for or things we did weren't booked nightmare

Chris was our expert again. He is always very friendly, honest and helpful.
The only issue i would say (and its not really an issue) is on the app i can't see my recent bookings and i'm wondering if its because they're not paid in full..? A little disappointing if we want to see the countdown etc
