We had a wonderful experience working with Dominique Dyon from the Kitsilano branch. She was organized and responsive every step of the way, and was great in supporting questions and the hiccups that come along from travelling with young kids.

BRETT SIBORNE has been my travel go-to person for the last 5 years and he is simply awesome!

Friendly, efficient and professional, Brett has been a joy to work with re: trip planning and providing both interesting and crucial information!!

In this age of "drive-through" customer assistance, Brett turns back the clock and provides a refreshing one-to-one, human-to-human service!!

My story is too long to write here but I had a flight cancelled by Air Canada - they did not consider my connecting flight. While on hold (3.5 hrs) I dialed the Kitsalano Flight Center office and got KATELYN . I’m an older guy with no computer and below average skills. I’m panicking and she spent all the time she needed to help me- she showed empathy, answered questions and figured out what I should tell Air Canada.She was kind and compassionate and stayed beyond her shift to assist me. Air Canada offered useless options and only when I told them about Katelyn’s suggestion did they come up with a solution.Katelyn,in my view, went above and beyond and helped me calm down. WHAT GREAT SERVICE !!!!

The booking is a one on one experience. I really don't want to book on an on-line platform as it seems it is risky and difficult to impose my itinerary. Flight Centre gives me always the best experience, where an assistant understands your planned itinerary.

Becca at the Kitsilano branch was really helpful sorting out our flights and connections in Europe. Highly recommend looking her up!

If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

Ours was a fairly simple request - two return flights to San Jose del Cabo - but we wanted help from the professionals, and Becca's expertise was excellent! She walked us through the options, helped us to make a decision, and then covered all the booking details most efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. She was friendly and personable, and we would not hesitate to visit her again, should we need assistance with future travel plans.

We had s fairly stressful-to-organize family vacation with some stops and some members flying separately for some part of the trip. We walked-in the Flight Center and Becca, our agent helped us find the right flights and itinerary that adapted to our trip.
