DO NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY
I ordered a jumper in large but they sent XXL.I informed them about the error and the only way I could be what I ordered was to buy another with 40% off.
Why should I buy another item in order to get what I ordered. What’s to say they are going to get it right the next time. I emailed to say I was not happy with this and they are not ignoring my emails.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF.

Paid for next day delivery and still waiting 5 days later. No response from their customer services on email or messages. Still says ‘next day delivery’ - no further tracking info 😤

Order not received. Tracking details not recognised by the site. No response to email complaints. I don’t believe the positive reviews left as this has all the hallmarks of a fraudulent site. I’m awaiting a refund or my order to be delivered. I’m sceptical either will happen.

Delivery time at least 1 month if at all!!!!!!
Ordered on 26th April. No tracking advice available until 10 days later when it says my order MAY arrive at Post Office 19-22nd May!!!!!! So at best a month for delivery. Totally unsatisfactory when their blurb says 7-10 days!!!! Joke. I fear my money has been taken with nothing in return!

Bestilte varer for over uke siden/snart 2 uker. Pakken er ikke engang sendt.
Sendte dem en mail og klaget, fikk svar at det var pga 17 mai og sånn. Men fredag og mandag er alt åpner igjen, men pakken ikke engang sendt fra dere lager. Kundeservice ser ut som de er så flink å lete etter krangle med kunde, i istedenfor å svare på spørsmålet. Ikke anbefale å kjøpe der, hold dere unna. Venter fortsatt på pakken.
Eller er tightsen veldig store i størrelsen, og litt for tynn i stoffet.

Terrible customer service
I purchased an item on 18/4/2023. It arrived but was to large. There was no returns note in parcel so had to contact them for return instructions. It took 4 emails before they replied. I was told that once warehouse received the item it would take 7-10 days to receive refund. I posted the item on 26/4/2023 using signed for postage. I tracked parcel and they received and signed for it on 28/4/2023. I waited 12 days and still no refund. I have emailed them 4 times asking where my refund is and they havent replied to any. It is now 19 days since they received the return and they havent refunded me or replied to any email. This is disgusting customer service!! They send messages every day advertising clothes but cant pay my refund. I just feel ripped off by this shoddy company and i certainly wont buy from them again or recommend that anybody does. They soon take your money but dont pay refunds or email when you return anything!!

Pakken er ikke engang sendt.
Sendte dem en mail og klaget, fikk da med et par varer gratis. Men venter fortsatt på pakken.
Eller er tightsene veldig store i størrelsen, og litt for tynn i stoffet.

horrible custumer service. refunds is impossible even though we literally have a right to get a refund if not pleased with the product??? anyways they buy from shein but sell then 4x more in the price. terrible clothes too. dont buy from here
