182eu taken from my account for a membership by this company over the last 2 months but I never heard of them before yesterday? Theirs isn't the type of site I would be visiting and I never ever sign up for membership from a site like that. Found some emails in my spam but none from the first month. I think this a total con of a company and should be avoided at all costs!

Avoid. Selling counterfeit underwear at reasonable price. When you message they will offer you a 50% refund to keep the knock-offs and then never reply again. It's a scam. Have reported to trading standards / google / Shopify

UTTER SCAM COMPANY
they take your money. Give a fake tracking number and don’t send any goods. You get to chat to an online bot that tells you they have fulfilled their order.

I ordered before reading the reviews and was very worried I had been scammed. I think this company’s main problem is lack of accessibility by either phone or live chat ( which isn’t live). It’s true no one gets back to you but my goods arrived within 5 days and don’t look fake to me. If they allowed themselves to be contactable people would be less frustrated and therefore the reviews less hostile.
I gave 3 stars because of the lack of communication but apart from that am reasonably happy

Paid for next day delivery and order took 6 days to arrive. Products that were delivered were clearly fake Calvin Klein.

Ordered calvin klein boxers - never received! Messaged 4 times no reply ! Just read the reviews now - argh ! Fake website. Why does Google bring it up in search !

order worth £250. Paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Tracking info provided says order never collected by courier. No telephone number for company. They don't reply to email. Don't reply to "live" chat which clearly isn't a live chat just a messaging system. Habe had to raise a dispute with bank. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Google should not have this company on their shopping recommendations. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a 3 pack of Ralph Lauren pants with next day delivery. They took 3 days to arrive and sent me fake Calvin Klein pants with packaging smashed up which I sliced my finger on.

I ordered my son two packs of Hugo Boss underwear from Flexwear.co.uk. Received a text from them thanking me for my order. It’s been a few weeks now and underpants still haven’t arrived. I looked up their address online, and the address in Tudor Road, Nottingham, is a house. I don’t think Hugo Boss underwear would be coming from a house! Clearly it’s a scam, and we have lost our money. We are not made of money. I give it zero stars if it would let me. DON’T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THEM!

Don’t buy takes forever to receive your order and they selling fakes! I ordered some Ralph Lauren boxers but got given fakes ones that you can buy on the market these aren’t comfortable or have any quality. They said they was an offer I no why now these are scammers…. Wish I read the reviews before.

Ordered shorts waited 2 weeks. Courier tracking number kept saying waiting on package. Messaged flexwear they said oh it must have got lost. I emailed and they asked if I wanted refund or item sent back out I said I want items sent back out they promised 1/2 day delivery. Guess what they never sent replacement and wouldn’t answer my emails. I’ve instructed my bank to recover my cash from this scamming outfit. Order 2970 in case you try and defend the way you operate guess what an update arrived 3 weeks later wrong size what a joke. lol the fiasco goes on another order of the correct size has arrived when I have clearly emailed them to cancel due to their incompetence of trying to get one little simple order correctly. How hard can it be to read an order and get it correctly or read your emails.

I really hope people read these reviews before ordering from this scam company.

It wasn't until we started receiving complaints at home from disgruntled customers that we realised this company had used our home address as their business address. They clearly used our address as they thought it was empty/for sale.

They have now used an address for a similar property in Leicester, which clearly isn't theirs either.

If this was a legitimate company, why also would they have used OUR address to set up their bank account? There's nothing we can do about it as we aren't the account holder - so frustrating.

Have a look at the reviews, all reviews that are 4/5 stars are from people that have only ever made ONE review on Trustpilot, some of them are hilarious! They are clearly not written by legitimate Trustpilot reviewers.

Go and look at the reviews where reviewers have written several reviews previously and you'll find, because you can't score zero, most of them give one star!

I know from dealing with disgruntled customers that you will NOT get any correspondence, you will NOT get any way to contact Flexwear, you will not get a response via email and chances are you will NOT receive your items.

I'm so disgusted I am struggling to stop this.

Ordered Ralph Lauren briefs. Finally arrived today, after several weeks, although the rest of the order is still missing.
As stated by other buyers , these briefs are clearly fake. Please avoid!

Sent size XL instead of medium, won’t respond to me to exchange or refund, do not buy from them

Items sent were clearly fake, delivered over a week late and in ripped packaging. Really awful

Ordered underwear. Clearly fake. Stitching is really poor quality, and the brand logo looks like a cheap copy. Fabric does not feel the same as other underwear I have purchased at a real store. Stick to the real store and pay a little extra - not worth the hassle and dissapointment.

Ordered a Hugo boss jumper from them more like no one’s boss complete snide horrible embroidering on chest no labels inside asked for a refund a month on and countless amounts of emails nothing resolved go to boss and buy yourself a proper product don’t bother with this circus company
