Great place for payments customer service is awful

This site was great for first purchase. I wanted to make another still have credit on the account and for some reason I can’t progress through the checkout keeps saying something went wrong try again. Talked to support 3xs and got no where but to email the same address that hasn’t responded back in 3 weeks. So frustrating. Their customer support is awful. The first purchase was quick and easy not sure wth is going on now.

crooks !

crooks !! I’m paying $2000 for something that cost $900. in this economy, this is a major loss for me who can afford to pay $1000 for nothing. I’m so pissed that when I signed up at my tire shop, they didn’t go over the terms and conditions with me.

I was “approved” in December 2024…

I was “approved” in December 2024 placed an order for an item I paid my initial fee signed the agreement only to find out the item was out of stock so I canceled the agreement. Now I go to place a new order only to be told I’m not approved but I have $1000 that I’m approved for what a bunch of jokers and it took them two weeks to update my current address what a waste of time.
Update:
Now I applied again got approved for the same amount and now they are saying fraud alert and they can’t identify me. My last time dealing with these people and customer service is so rude after I called in today then I get denied what a bunch of clowns Give me back my down payment and forget yall

I was approved for $2,000 and purchased…

I was approved for $2,000 and purchased an item for $200. I’ve been making my weekly payments on time. I’ve been trying to purchase another item for $140 for the past two weeks! Each time it says “unfortunately you’re not approved, you’ll receive a follow up email in 30 days.” I’ve reached out to customer service several times, which was useless. I’ve been told to use a “different browser, clear my cache and reach out to the help team.” I’ve done all the above! No one seems to be able to help solve the problem! Pretty pointless to give $2000 credit & you can’t use it all.

Not bad but horrible customer service

Ordered a MacBook Pro off their site. Site is easy to use and has reasonable prices. The one I chose had the quickest pick up date from Best Buy and a pretty decent delivery day. I chose the pickup option, big mistake. Called Best Buy after my pick up time and they don’t have it, after many chats and calls finally got an answer from Best Buy that it has to come from their warehouse and would probably be two more weeks. So then I reached out to flex shopper to see what they would say, they said I should be able to pick it up in the next couple days. So then I informed them that Best Buy will not have it available for another two weeks and all they could say is, well I’m sorry. Asked if someway they could resolve it and again the only response was, well I’m sorry. I like Flexshopper And may use again, but they have horrible customer service that isn’t worried about finding a solution to assist a customer

Flex was great except best buy

Flex was great except best buy . My laptop was supposed to be picked up Friday. Never got to the store now they’re saying Wednesday maybe.

Customer service is shit

Customer service is shit. I have been trying to get refunded funds for that protection program that took 2 payments of 3.99.. and because it shows that I owe that money, I constantly have to call Customer service so I can get my credit back it takes it away. They said they would refund me those funds back in August. Nothing yet. Just earlier today as well.. instead of charging the card I have on file.. it charged directly to my bank account.. which is now negative.

If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, I would. These Muslims not only took our biweekly payment from us, but tool an additional charge and told us that we made a payment online (on top of our payment), which we never did because the money was never in the account. At one point, my fiancé's account was negative $150 because of flex shopper and their shady bullshit. I told them that if they didn't quit screwing us, they'd never see a dime from us. Fast forward to today, and they tried to get a collection agency to fraudulently withdraw funds from our account. The bank is in the process of getting our money back. We will close the account once the money is returned. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SCAM SITE.

Am being told I am over due on paying a…

Am being told I am over due on paying a 3.99 a week for flex advantage protection plan yet still pending on my items. Is this a scam. 3.99 a week from lots of people when possibly denying funding is quite a bit of money. Preying on the less fortunate seems like it. Do I pay cause I am overdue and ruin potential of my loan or wait until I get an approval. This is madness!

I love flexshopper alot

I love flexshopper alot. It helps people get what they need and how the kinda need to pay for it in payment wise and to me I love it. Still playing my ps5 and waiting for my ps portal to come in the mail. I have recommended you to my gf and friends and ik they have atleast been shopping on it.
