Highly reccomend Flexi agent to buy/sell with especially Marc Curley auctioneer for his honest professional persistence. Got a sale on my property when all other estate agents failed.. Flexi agent also found my new property and helped with all enquiries supportively nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again and would highly reccomend to all, Flexi agent will get you where you need to be,.process smooth due to Flexi agents input from start to completion. If youre thinking of selling with them or buying they really do go that step further , don't hesitate you wont regret it.

We deal with a lot of estate agents and almost all of them are terrible. Flexi Agent in Southport is an exception, they are really good! Special shout out to Ben, he in particular is excellent... very experienced so knows his stuff and very personable so easy to deal with. The rest of the team, Harvey and Oliver, are also very good. Thank you and well done, we'll be back!

poor experience when trying to sell my house they removed us off the list as we didn't accept buyers offer. Also when purchasing a property they rang my partner and gave him all the details of what i was viewing. This could of caused arguments or worse still if i was fleeing a situation this would of put me in danger.

Looking for a retirement property, either an apartment or a bungalow, in Southport. The agent has been superb in providing regular options and although the latest, after 2 viewings, didn’t materialise, they continue to help us. Charles in particular has been superb so Thankyou and we hope you find us a suitable new and probably final home soon.

I was given a property valuation for a building which was valued at 220k to 250k depending on the spec. I did the refurbishment on the property and I asked them to sell the property and they gave me a valuation of 190k despite me doing a lot more work then which was given on the builders quote. I asked them to clarify why there is such a difference in the quotes and they could not answer. It was Amy who gave the valuation so if she be very cautious if you decide to get a valuation thru her. It feels like it was a scam to get me to buy the property as I would not have bought the property without that valuation of 220k to 250k. So I’m looking into this to find out if there was any negligence and will be looking to claim compensation

As a buyer for a property marketed by Flexi Agent, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property was advertised as “fully refurbished” and “move-in ready”, yet an independent survey revealed multiple urgent and structural issues requiring immediate attention before completion.

When I raised these concerns, the branch manager responded with a false and inappropriate claim that I had previously expressed interest in the property and commissioned works — which is completely untrue. Rather than acknowledging the misleading description, the response was defensive and dismissive with a thinly veiled threat that the sellers could seek to recoup costs for the imaginary works I commissioned before the property was on the market with Flexi Agent.

Buyers should be cautious — the marketing was not accurate, and the handling of my complaint was deeply unprofessional. I have since referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.

Flexi agent sold our house for us and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As well as being extremely competitive they were professional and most importantly pleasant and amicable to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.
