Flettons Surveyors provided a great service, when I requested a full building survey on a house I was buying. They were great at keeping me informed and the report was incredibly comprehensive and thorough. I particularly appreciated getting a summary report, the day after the survey was taken, as I was due to exchange that week, and the overview gave me enough reassurance to ensure I wasn’t buying a disaster! I’d highly recommend Flettons.

The survey was fast and very comprehensive.
The surveyor was available on the phone to answer any questions I had and was very helpful.

Good service, received a report as soon as it was available. Slight delay due to being busy following the Covid lockowns, but once I called for an update I was kept in the loop about this.

researched 5 companies to carry out our survey and Flettons stood out straight away. after a quick call and a read over a sample survey we booked a date in quickly. Survey came a few days after and was very detailed and helpful. Had the chance to speak with the surveyor in person which we didn't need but is a great option if you had further questions. Overall very professional and quick and would highly recommended

Surveyor provided a detailed report with lots of pictures of the property to go with any issues found or that was recommended to be checked by a specialist.

Booking the survey was easy, and they helped me choose the most suitable type. The final survey report was incredibly detailed, with 400 photos. It answered practically every question I had about the property, and Simon was happy (and indeed encouraged me) to have a conversation a week later for any additional queries I might have. Highly recommended.

I have used Flettons Surveyors three times. Each time the service was fantastic; a detailed report and a comprehensive survey. It would seem that some details picked up by Flettons were missed by the vendors building survey when first buying the property. The report is also easy to read and the traffic light system works well. I have a limited knowledge and understanding of buildings (and related surveys) but could still understand the report and any issues raised. A top service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is twice I’ve used Flettons, and on both occasion the reports have been very thorough. I’d be more than happy to use them again, and also recommend them.

We engaged Flettons to conduct a survey of a proposed purchase in South London in July 2020.

The website was clear and explained the different kinds of survey available well. Payment was easy and Flettons quickly contacted us to confirm my booking and explain next steps. We were informed we would receive further communications when they had arranged access to the property with the estate agent, but for some reason this did not happen and it was only when we contacted the estate agent regarding a separate matter that they confirmed when the survey was due to take place.

Given the circumstances (this was shortly after the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted), we were pleased with how quickly Flettons were able to conduct our survey. The interim report also arrived very quickly - it was in our inbox by the time we woke up the day after the survey. However, the full report took a little longer, and we ended up contacting Flettons as this took longer than the estimated 3-7 business days (I think it was the eighth day, which is not disastrous but we would have appreciated knowing that this was going to take longer than predicted).

The report was fine. We are not surveyors so cannot comment on the veracity, but the images were a nice touch and it told us everything we needed to know. Flettons' follow-up service was also good, and they gave us the opportunity to ask further questions if we had them. As it happened, the report was very thorough so we did not need to take them up on this offer.

Flettons were courteous throughout the experience and we enjoyed what contact we did have with them.

In all, almost a five-star experience, reduced to four stars as it took longer than expected to receive the report and there was no explanation for this delay.

Simon was very helpful from my initial call. Wasn't sure what level of survey to go for but Simon explained the difference and suggested the best option for the property. Survey was conducted in good time and report was easy to read and understand. Very professional in all aspects and good communication through out. Would definitely recommend

The report is very comprehensive. The booking is quite easy but with a slight hiccup with the quote as it doesn’t recognise no sense entry and buyer are not made aware that the quote is not right. But it is was resolved. It was a rather long wait for the full report to be made available, i chase up once. Maybe it is because of covid19 just after lockdown is lifted. Overall, it is a higher quality survey than what i have in the past.

First class service - fast, competitively priced and a very detailed report with hundreds of photos. Highly recommend.

Simon produced a thorough report with detailed photos. Although the report took a bit longer due to the lockdown, they got it to us as quick as they could.

Only downside was we put all the details into a price comparison and Flettons originally came back the lowest by far. (With the others being around the same price point as the price we paid in the end) Then after providing further details they said we must have entered the wrong details and the price was a lot higher, although still fairly competitive for the good communication we received. Would recommend.
