Took two weeks to receive the jet wash,and still haven't received the solutions that where meant to be included..no replies to messages.very poor and customer service is no existent

Absolutely useless ordred their foam wand waited 3 weeks sent i don't know how many emails responded eventually said they emailed me that the product was discontinued load of bullshit I received no email got a refund
Then I thought I would try their efoamer ordrrd that paid for 24 hour shipping over a week now no sign of it and they are not responding to my emails.
Don't bother with them they just steal your money.
It's been more than 2 weeks now they will not answer any messages on their chat page i have tried sending message on messenger no answer deletes all Facebook criticism

I ordered the pressure pro + formula kit and an extra battery all on offer. Initially contact to ask questions via chat link I
I received immediate response. Purchase made on the Friday advertised 48hr Royal Mail Tracking. Tracking number received on the Monday but Royal Mail was not sent the parcel. I contacted company and was advised there was an alleged crate issue from the warehouse. I stated my legal rights to Flare Detailing and the parcel was quickly dispatched on the Friday for next day delivery which was delivered by Royal Mail receipt 8 days after purchase NOT 48hrs as per website. Parcel was badly wrapped, one snow foam missing and kit didn’t work contacted ‘team’ immediately and had a quick response with recommendations of how to fix issue, non of which worked. I advised I wanted a full refund. I had to message several times to get a code to return item. There was a bit more nonsense from the owner of what to do non of which worked. I sent the item back tracked with Royal Mail with proof of delivery. I have requested a refund on several occasions. This week I received a message stating the item was not faulty so I could receive a full refund no p&p refund or they could resend. I re-iterated that I had been asking for a refund from the beginning and I still want a refund . Since then the chat has gone quiet despite several more attempts. This is an absolute scam. The return address for the item was a flat not a warehouse, the items are misrepresented and legal procedures not followed. Any comments of this nature on the face book page related to Flare Detailing are removed. DO NOT buy from this company, the kit is useless, the delivery poor, packaging atrocious and once hooked in and paid for the owner Jacob goes into hiding if you request a refund. I have contacted my credit card company who are dealing with this and reported Flare Detailing to Trading Standards via the appropriate route. If able I too would be giving zero stars!! This is a one man scam in his flat not a professional business with integrity! The owner should be ashamed of his unethical trading standards!

Absolute joke of a company, awful communication, says 48hr delivery, absolute lie, avoid this company, absolutely useless, ordered on the 4th, it’s the 10th now and isn’t even dispatched

Honest Review (isn’t worth it)

So delivery took 2/3 weeks, fair enough just after Christmas purchased so gave it some time as spoke to a rep after 24hrs of no post details of a week and a half, 2 weeks later of purchase they shipped and on 3rd week and a half it arrived.

Opened the package of my jetwasher and was missing my snow foam. Contacted them but no response now been a week.

The jetwasher itself isn’t very powerful and they claim 1 fill up of the bag will do the car but I went though filling it up 4 times to rinse down my car (average touring) so not a big car like the Range Rover used in the adverts.

Overall disappointed in the product and missing items then the delivery time which was considered.

Looks to be similar reviews so check them out too but to save some time. Should you buy this? any personal opinion is no. Due to the lack of power, constant fill up of water (says you save water but I used a lot so probably didn’t save money there)

No communication since the first message so I won’t purchase anything else from Flare Detail. Don’t buy in my opinion

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company I purchased a power washer then contacted them to order an extra battery charger I was told they didn’t supply them but if I ordered an extra battery I would get a charger with it so agreed and payed up now twelve weeks later and many messages to this rip off company been totally ghosted so basically stolen my payment stay clear of this company plenty of better power washers out there.

Tbh, I wasn't sure about the product before purchasing it, but I thought I'll give a go as it was £75 which was reasonable price.
Problems started immediatly after my purchase....It took 2 weeks to arrive, since I was told tharlt the currier stuck with my parcel.
After my first wash I was shocked how bad was the battery life ( 18min) which only covered my carn in snow foam but was not enough to rinse it off.
So.....I bought 2 more batteries, and once again....problems.
One of the batteries didn't work. So again tried to reach out to customer support, and not to my surprise, it took 4-5 days to reply.
Then I was told that I will receive replacement, but here I'm...13 days later nothing.
Not impressed at all, and in the future I'll keep away from this company.

Terrible company and product once they have your money they don’t care about you the jet washer doesn’t work and my messages are ignored AVOID Avoid Avoid

Initially they seemed really good. Delivery on time with plenty of communication. On the first use I found the water bottle leaked, I contacted them for a replacement but was just blanked. Managed to purchase another from ebay. Once they have your money they are just not interested.

Please note that this is not a replacement for your conventional jet washes that connects to the mains. They are much more powerful and far superior in cleaning your car.

This product is for convenience and time efficiency however with that comes a lack in effectiveness for your cleaning. This product especially comes in handy if you don’t have access to a driveway, for on street parking etc.

The feel of the product is not as pristine as shown in the video. The jet wash, attachments and cleaning products came in a cheap cardboard box and badly wrapped with brown tape. The jet wash feels cheap and was compared to something off of Temu by one of my friends who brought something similar from Temu. The water tank was definitely not as shown in the photo which was a sturdy Flare branded water tank, instead I got a flimsy cheap plastic unbranded water container. The cleaning products themselves seem to be decent however you will get better value from your well known detailing brands in my opinion. On the plus, the battery lasted the whole wash and only took a couple of hours to fully charge.

Overall this was definitely not worth the money I paid, you can buy cheaper versions of this that are as effective as this product. Just remember, you only want to be using this type of product for quick and convenience, or if you have no option but to use a battery/cordless jet wash… otherwise stick to your traditional methods!

Initially the company and product seemed good and genuine. After the 1st use of the jet wash I discovered a leak on the seam of the water bottle. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement but i was just ignored. They were quick to reply when I was actually buying the jet wash. Shocking after sales service. As per other reviews negative reviews on Facebook have been removed.

I was very sceptical at first prior to purchasing this as it really is hard to imagine this could be so good. However, I took the chance and I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the product!

I ordered an extra battery just in case but I didn't need it as one battery gave me more than enough power to clean the entire car with the pre wash, foam shampoo and then to rinse it all, not only that it had enough power to wash all four wheels which I removed to give a deep clean to.

The water bag isn't huge but it isn't an issue as it is quick and easy to refill. I live in a block of flats so I bring the water down in the bag and extra water in big bottles.

I used to wash my car by hand and this is ideal for what I need and the power is really surprising given it is battery powered. If you are thinking about purchasing this, especially if you live in a block of flats and do not have access to water then I cannot recommend this enough. Do not expect it to match the power of a corded jet wash but if you do expect that then you deserve to be disappointed. Let's be realistic, it is only battery powered at the end of the day. The aim is clearly to make cleaning the car easier for people who do not have access to power or a water source and it delivers 100%!.

Also, the customer service is top notch! Always there to help! Everytime I messaged whether for an update on delivery or for directions of use they were always there to help and explained everything very thoroughly. Thank you Flare!

I will also confirm that I have absolutely no affiliation to Flare in anyway. If I did not think this was worth a purchase then I would never put my name to it as I hate it when companies rip people off! But this is not the case with Flare!.

Husband loves it! Ordered him the Pressure+ device bundle after seeing it was on offer on Facebook. Arrived quickly and he's really pleased with it. Saves a lot of time and the team went above and beyond, sending over specific details of how to use each product. Thank you!

Ordered one of these in November, 2024. Box arrived covered in Silver Gaffer tape with the battery damaged beyond use! Have been promised a replacement which has never arrived. Now been told after 2 months that Royal Mail will not allow batteries to be sent via them so DPD now meant to be sending one out........still not arrived! They don't respond to messages, the email address for concerns does not work and service is so bad......I would avoid at all costs. You can't leave a negative review on SocialMedia as they delete them to make themselves look Perfect......definitely not. 😡

Incredible device! Bought to use portably to clean our off road bikes and it does a great job. Arrived quickly with free samples of their formulas too. Very happy!

Complete scam ! The product arrived but broke within 4 uses. I've been promised a replacement for weeks and nothing has arrived. As the previous reviewer states, they delete bad reviews from social media and basically ignore all correspondence. Next stop for me is to contact the bank to get a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs, a huge scam. It is impossible to get hold of them to resolve my outstanding order, they are deleting my comments on social media adverts about the where about of it and to contact me, all email addresses supplied bounce back as non existent too which is a huge red flag. They also have fake trust pilot ratings on their website so nothing but a big scam. AVOID
