Purchased from the shop in Fowey - whilst it looked delicious the consistency was not that of a chewy flapjack. The flapjack part just crumbled into a pile of dry oats and sugar on the plate, leaving me holding a lump of chocolate topping - there was nothing holding it together (did they miss out a key ingredient). Very disappointing for the price as they are not cheap!

Bought a ginger and dark chocolate flapjack from the store in Tavistock. I liked the taste, but the consistency was of a soft granola. I had to pour it into my hand to eat it! I like my flapjack to be dense and chewy, so was very disappointed.

Ordered 40pcs of flap jacks on Tues to be received on Friday ready for the bank holiday weekend as there will be friends visiting for a large party.

However, there is no sign of delivery on Friday and I have only received the order today (Tue).

Emailed the customer service and they have explained that this is due to courier's issue which is outside of their control. They have been very kind to try to resolve this problem.

I would suggest for potential customers to order and pick a delivery date a day or two earlier so to ensure they receive it on time to avoid disappointment.

It was my eldest brother’s birthday and he’s getting older year by year (!!!) What gift could I treat him to, as he lives just over 100 miles away?
Flapjackery met the need perfectly with a delivery bang on the actual day!
All arranged no fuss from my sofa!!!

Being Gluten free can be a nightmare, saw these beautiful flapjacks at the Game Fair, had a lovely chat with the guy selling them. I’m so thrilled they are gluten free and so gorgeous! I purchased about 6, took them home. You can freeze them so very convenient. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve already sent an order through today to have more delivered to me. Well done, fabulous product very grateful!!!!

Visited the Sidmouth shop whilst on a break away. The shop assistant was lovely. The fudge was not. I didn’t eat it til I returned home but would’ve taken it back had I still been in the area. Possibly the worst fudge I’ve ever had. Rum and raisin had no rum taste at all and the salted caramel was just like licking a salt block. Nothing like fudge at all, just a solid, dry, tasteless block of sugar. Very expensive and just awful. I have contacted them direct but not heard back.

Brought the cherry Bakewell and 3 little bags! Tasty but definitely not worth the extortionate amount it came to!

Excellent product my daughter in law loved them arrived when they said it would and the delivery driver was very polite and friendly.

Ordered 2 kebabs - delivery was as follows:
1 pitta bread
1 small box of salad
1 box donor meat

The Sidmouth Flapjackery shop was such a lovely experience- A very friendly and welcoming lady with such scrumptious flapjacks and a vast selection to choose from also many various chocolate and other treats available - I had to say no to myself otherwise I’d have spent a fortune!

I ordered the Flapjacks as a Christmas present to be delivered to a different part of the country for family after tasting them in your shop in Bath.
Ordering was east and they turned up on time.
Needless to say they didn’t make Christmas Day as they where eaten straight away.
Everyone loved them.
Will be placing an order for ourselves, soon.

Tremendous quality yet again. Bought some from Tatton Flower Show this year and had to order some for family for Christmas

The flapjacks are firstly packed in an appropriate size box, so not too much packaging but they arrive in perfect condition. I opened the box and lifted the tissue paper to see each individually wrapped and labelled flap jack looking so inviting. They are easy to open to eat and all the flavours I have tried so far have been wonderful and not too sweet. I purchased this taster box after sampling some of their flap jacks while on holiday in the summer, so good for a Coeliac to have choice and something yummy.

Great quality flapjack and great service. Arrived on the requested day and wrapped beautifully.

Visited their St Ives shop. Had the chocolate orange flapjack. It was absolutely awful. Dry, poor tasting with a thick slab of topping that was suppose to be chocolate orange.

It tasted nothing like a flapjack. How these guys are getting reviews that state they are the best flapjacks ever tasted baffles me. I don't buy in to the award winning tag. Awards mean nothing.

I think we paid £4-4.50 for it. My wife and I had a bite each and then put it where it belongs, that being, in the bin.

Flapjackery doesn't come close to producing quality flapjacks.
