Worst customer service! EVER! never sent my items with months of excuses and delays and multiple emails and no one EVER giving same reason over for delays. Eventually requested money back and still did not. They are liars and absolute criminals.

Don’t do it! It’s a total scam. My son bought items from here over a month ago and we’ve received nothing. And they don’t respond when you reach out.

Scammers! Items never received and no response to several customer service attempts.
I placed two orders on 5/18 and it said Standard VIP Shipping would be 4 days. It’s been a month and still no items received. I’ve contacted customer service several times without a response! Not to mention, they automatically signed me up for a reoccurring “VIP Membership” of $10 a month. Disputing charges and extremely frustrated. I’ve even reported them on their Instagram page. DO NOT ORDER from them!!

Good quality and true to size
FKN Rich’s clothing is true to its size, and has unique style that no other company I have come across has been able to match. The prices are affordable and the material will last a good duration of time. In my opinion, it is the best bang for your buck and I highly suggest you swing by their shop until their summer sale ends!

Going on 10 days and still have not received product. The tracking number from Canada is invalid. I’ve contacted customer service several emails and on the website no response. Will have to do a chargeback.
