I love the fixnotes community

I've been a member of the fixnotes community for about a year now, and I love it!

I found Rob's content on youtube, and was blown away by the level of detail he provides for anyone trying to get into the non-performing notes (NPN) business.

The content was so good I jumped into the mastermind, which connects you to other resources as well as opportunities to buy notes from Rob's client.

If you want to get into notes, particularly NPNs - look no further than fixnotes.

Start with the free skool community. And if you enjoy the interactions and education, explore the mastermind.

Fixnotes is the place to master mortgage note investing

Fixnotes is an amazing platform, not just to learn mortgage note investing but to apply your knowledge in real time.
The community and Rob are beyond welcoming and helpful. Lastly, the resources, the platform are invaluable.

It's been a pleasure working together over the years! I remember when we met (maybe 2011/2012?) - you were a speaker at the Paper Source Conference in Las Vegas. It's almost 2026 & we're still making money together!

I like the customer service and willing to work with beginners in the note space my dislike is the pricing
