This Company Is Very Untrust Worthy Based On My Personal Experience.When watch sent For Battery Replacement Coted me £ 35.00., which Should Last For Nine To Ten Years in Seiko Kinetic Watch. I Assume They Replaced With A Battery that is Dud one or Only with Partial Charge. The watch Worked Well On receiving for A Month or So. When I Contacted Asked me To Send them Back For Assesment, When I sent it Back They Said It Needs Overall that Would Cost me £135.00 to Mend it, I didn't accept for it And I have to Pay Return Postage of Another £15.00. So All together It Cost Me £ 50.00 For Nothing. So Be Aware of This Watch Repairers Untrustworthiness Without Any Guaranty For Their Workmanship and Loose Your Money For Nothing.

Sent in my Glycine Airman GL0069 late January. Fixmywatch (IWSC) is the authorized warranty repair center. They received the watch February 4, 2020. They initially said it would be repaired in 10 days. A few days later they emailed a "Parts Hold" with no further updates. I emailed directly and through the website several times without ever getting a reply. I called many times but the recording often says they are closed even during business hours the recording says when they should be open. Finally spoke with someone February 27 who said they damaged my case working on the watch and had to order a new one which takes 3 to 6 months. They never gave updates and I tried calling today, May 22. Spoke to someone who said she would speak to manager and call me back. Never did, I tried calling and they have the same recording saying they're closed even though according to the message they should be open (called at 3:30pm Mountain, they close at 4pm Mountain).
