Good as New
I sent in my beats headphones as after 4 years, the ear pads were a little worse for wear. I posted on the Sunday and they were received back on the Thursday, looking as good as new. I would highly recommend Louis.

Brilliant Customer Service
Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Louis was exceptional, responding to my emails seeking assistance on the type of headphones to ensure we got the correct replacement pads, he even sent me a you tube link on how to remove the old ones. Customer service as it should be, but you rarely find these days. Thank you so much.
