Great service
My insurance company had my car fixed with Fix Auto in Wrexham after my husband had a minor bump in our car. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful and my car was collected on the designated day we had agreed. I was supplied with a very nice courtesy car which I had for just over 3 weeks while my car was being fixed.
I was kept up to date on where it was up to every week and when I had my car delivered back to me, it looked great and has been fixed to a high standard.
The work done comes with a lifetime guarantee too which is great.
Overall I’m very happy with the service we received from Fix Auto. Thank you.

My car went here for repair following an RTA. I was kept informed at every step of the way.
Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and super efficient.

Fantastic service from start to finish
I'd had a bump on my car . My insurance company sent me to fix it autos Wrexham took about 10days to fix due to waiting on a part .i have to say from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant staff are so friendly talk you through everything . Even let me drop my car the night before . I also had a curtesy car waiting for me so could keep working . Got texts every couple of days with a up date . They offered a pick up and drop of service witch is very helpful. I offered to drop off and collect as was only 30mins away . Plus a lifetime guarantee on all work is a bonus. Definitely recommend if ever needed I'd wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Hi Mr Wright, The courtesy car that we are asked to provide by your insurance company is a class A type vehicle which the Fiat 500 covers and is also a service that we don't charge the policyholder or insurance company for. We fully appreciate that this vehicle may not be suitable for all customers, and we would always advise our customers to speak to the claims department to see if they are able to assist with a more suitable vehicle depending on the terms of the insurance policy. From the initial contact from Fix Auto to finally getting my car back to me was a pleasant experience.
They sent Adam to do a temporary fix initially, and Adam was proficient, professional, helpful and friendly.
Due to delays created by Citroen(my car manufacturer) took 2 months to get fixed.
Fix Auto was very good at keeping me updated with frequent text messages.
Adam eventually brought my car back on 2nd of August again with the same professionalism and respect he gave as the first time I met him.
Fix Auto, are helpful and honest, they will tell you he they don't know certain aspects of your enquiry, but will find out and ring you back with the answers one needs.

Overall brilliant service.
Quality of the work was great and the delivery of the car back went without a hitch.
My only complaint is that the postcode on the information I received for dropping the car off to them was wrong and it took me ages to find the location! Other than that, great service!

When our car was picked up we had to…
When our car was picked up we had to phone continuously to arrange a courtesy car, we eventually got one 10 days after our vehicle was recovered. Various mixed text messages with updates about our car.
On delivery of our vehicle after repair we were not given prior notification of drop off the driver just turned up and asked for payment for release of vehicle.
Staff were polite but found organisation was lacking.
Can’t fault the workmanship on my vehicle either.

We normally aim to supply a courtesy car asap subject to availability, if some cases there may have been a delay from the insurance company but i cant check this sorry. It is normally standard practice that a driver would not leave site without communicating with your first and then confirm any payments that are required.
