Brilliant service
Cannot rate Fix Auto any higher. From the being collected down South to being repaired and dropped
off at home, nothing was any trouble. Any queries I had were answered and dealt with instantly. Cannot thank Debbie enough for all her help in keeping me updated.

Amazing Garage you can trust
I had my car fixed through Fix Auto Worsley and they made the experience so easy from start to finish. Debbie the receptionist was so amazing in providing necessary updates and information about my repair, and when I got my car back it was factory fresh and perfectly done, with no signs of repair. I’d highly recommend using them as I had a great experience 🙂

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company. I purchased a brand new Audi and after 24 hours was hit by another car. Fix auto did an amazing job, they checked every part of the car and returned my car to me like brand new. Debbie and the engineers are very professional. Worst experience
It was a frustrating experience. I had to call multiple times just to get updates on the status of my car repair, and the dates kept changing. This caused a lot of stress, as I had to repeatedly contact both the courtesy car provider, Auxillis, and my insurance company to extend the courtesy car arrangement.

Unfortunately this was a parts issue and not something we can control. We are only informed of any delay in the morning of the delivery date given by our suppliers.

Amazing company
I was contacted straight away and invited to take my car that day for them to assess the damage. They informed me that they would contact me after the parts arrived so I would not be waiting. Once they had arrived, which was super quick, I was booked straight in. The morning I took my car I was greeted with respect by all I came into contact with, as I was when they assessed the damage. The work was completed very quickly and I had my car back within days, I was also provided with a courtesy car.
Debbie who runs reception was an absolute pleasure, she’s a lovely lady and kept me informed at all times, which made my experience exceptional.
The day I collected my car, to my amazement it had been valeted which I really did not expect and Sonny, who is also amazing made sure I was satisfied with the results which I was. Overall my experience with all of them was amazing.

We didn't complete any repairs to your vehicle as it was deemed a total loss. This is probably the reason it doesn't seem like the same van due to the collision it was in and no repairs being completed. Thanks for your feedback.
