Front office staff very helpful and I was always kept informed of the cars 'progress'. My car was away for several weeks because the bodyshop were waiting for a (very small) part, so not their fault!
Pick up and delivery service was very good.

Amazing service from start to finish. Was informed throughout the process, had no issues at all. Dee made most of the arrangements, great service 👌👏

The repairs were carried out efficiently and to a good standard, I experienced a bit of adelay in the car being returned, though I think this was due to timing of certain parts arrival.Updates and paperwork handled efficiently by pleasant staff, Dee and Lorna

The checking in for the repairs to my car was very quick and easy. The estimate was given there and then and agreed in very short time by my insurance company.
The work was completed within a couple of days and was perfect.
Many thanks to Dee, who helped me with the return of my car and collection of the courtesy car , as I was unable to make the swap myself. A very helpful lady with a pleasant personality and a great sense of humour. The whole experience was painless and pleasing.

From the first contact by phone to collecting my car at the end of the process I was very impressed throughout with all the staff at Fix Auto. Reception staff Dee and Lorna were really helpful and very friendly. They were good at explaining the procedure for getting my car assessed and fixed. They also reassured me when I received some confusing/conflicting information from my Insurance company. I also spoke with the assessor Shaun who was also helpful and friendly. My car was repaired very quickly, much quicker than I had expected and I was very happy with the end result. The efficiency and speed with which our vehicle was repaired was second to none having been damaged criminally in a local car park . The politeness of the staff at Fix Auto in particular Dee and Lorna in handling our claim supplying a courtesy car was exceptional.

Even though the courtesy car was Diddy small the repairs on my car were completed quickly and all done with great professionalism with Lorna & Dee on the reception making everything run smoothly and the whole experience effortless and efficient for the customer

The friendlinesss of the staff and their understanding of the Situation.
Lorna in particular was brilliant, so helpful and good at keeping us in form of the situation.
As it was a new car and for some reason manufacturers do not make parts for new cars, it took 6 months for the repair to complete. Whiich apparently is a common problem these days.

I have just received my car back after a week in the body shop as a result of someone revering into it whilst it was in a parking bay. When I picked it up the entire car was cleaner than the day it was delivered brand new and the repair job is so good you'd never know. I also like to say thanks to Lou and Dee in the front office keep everyone updated and on track.

We were very impressed with the quality of both the work and the service of this company. The repair to our car was excellent, (like new). It was returned to us in tip top condition. A special thank you to Dee and Sid who made the experience so special.

I was greeted by 2 friendly and efficient receptionists Lorna and Dee who kept me informed of every stage of the repair. The workshop staff were excellent and returned my car in a showroom condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring bodywork repairs. They even returned the car 1 day earlier than expected. 5* company.

Some confusion as to whether the rear reversing sensors had been replaced as a crack in one of them wasn't detected until the rear bumper was removed.
After a revisit to the site it was established that the entire unit and sensors had been replaced along with profuse apologies from the company.

Fix Auto repaired my car, Toyota Corolla, after having an incident caused by another vehicle, I would like to thank them for doing the repair, they were great from start to finish, it looks like nothing had happened, unbelievable, I would also like to thank Lorna and Dee, who were on reception, I was kept updated, and the car was repaired quite quickly to a very high standard, Lorna was very helpful and sympathetic, and so easy to talk to, very likeable and a real asset to the company. Brilliant garage, went to Fix Auto for repairs after an accident and they fixed it up really quickly, sorted everything out without any fuss and did a great job with the car. Amazing customer service too, super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I had occasion to use Fix Auto last summer when my car sustained quite bad damage in a collision. I was very impressed with them then and this last week I sought their help when a wheel arch trim was damaged, when reversing to give way to an oncoming vehicle on a single tract road. I expected that a new part would be required but Fix Auto suggested they could save me money by carrying out a repair and respray. When the job was done and the trim refitted it was perfect and no sign, what so ever, of the original damage. Fix Auto team just give great service and work to the highest standards. I have to admit by feeling a tad depressed when arriving with my car but as an added bonus, their lovely receptionist, with a mass of blond hair cheery disposition and a charming smile, not only made me feel much better but I had a spring in my step for the rest of the day! Thank you sincerely Fix Auto and all the team.
