All the staff there were great, very helpful. Any phone calls were dealt with politely and thoroughly.
The communication that I had was excellent, through emails or phone calls.
I highly recommend this part of the Fix Auto company.

I was contacted very soon after contact with insurance company. Whole process was dealt with professionally and friendly. An awesome job done to repair my car.
My only criticism is that a periodic brief update by message would have been welcomed. Other than that, a great service all round.

Fantastic service, van was collected and returned, which didn't interrupt my working day, repair was excellent and it was valeted, it returned looking brand new!

Kept informed of progress. Brought me out a loan car whilst mine was with them. Was fixed surprisingly quick considering it was a very new model and it needed a long list of new parts.

When I went to book my car in they had no record, and explained they had a new software playing up. The hire car was great. I kept phoning to find out how my car was getting on being repaired.. the phone was answered after an age or went to answer phone many times.Two hours I was trying and went to answer phone. The car I was told would be valeted inside and out this was not the case. I had to get very firm about the pick up as they said they would phone me, but eventually they agreed 2.pm as I don’t live in Norwich, I said my review would not be good as a result of lack of communication and the finish of the car. Honestly I have had better service from other garages.. I would not recommend them.

Shakira the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Work was completed very promptly and to a high standard.

Good communication and explanation, and understanding when I queried having to pay excess when other party was fully at fault.

Allowed me to return after leaving something in my car after dropping off. As well as calling to say I had left my wallet fallen out of my pocket in the hire car when I dropped off.

Had my car repaired by this company recently and honestly couldn’t fault the service. Friendly and efficient from drop off to pick up. Polite service, kept me informed via regular phone calls with estimated times and duration of repairs.
Gave me coffee while waiting for my hire vehicle.
Repair itself was great, couldn’t tell there had ever been damage.
Car was dropped off back to me at my work place which was super convenient. It had been cleaned which was great.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I am the sort of person who to put it mildly am fussy, I can find a fault in anything, but not on this occasion ! absolutely first class work, had damage to my rear bumper & it was repaired perfectly, so in my opinion if you have any bodywork repairs Autodoc Whiffler road Norwich are the people to see 10/10 *****

5 stars for the quality of work but would mark them down slightly on finish date which seemed to drag on but i understand the issues with part sourcing at the moment due to worldwide issues so cant be too harsh

Full repair was not completed although damage was clearly next to other damage that was repaired. Returned vehicle with broken wing mirror directly above body work repair, spent 3 weeks in the garage and returned in same condition. Now needs to go back in to be rectified but still waiting for this to actually happen weeks later.
