I am so incredibly happy I chose to get my vehicle repaired here after being offered several garage options through my insurance. Having waited a while with my insurer I decided to take the time to read the reviews and they did not disappoint. From my first contact the communication was great and very pleasant. When it came to leaving my car for the work to be done I was given a courtesy vehicle the whole process was very smooth. However I can not express my delight when to top it off a job that I presumed would take much longer was completed in a matter of days and upon collection I could not believe how amazing my car looked They did a superb job my car looked fantastic the same as it did when I first bought it. My family have commented on how amazing of a job was done and I’m very happy with the results of the repairs. Thank you Fix Auto for doing a spectacular job I would highly recommend!!

Fix Auto West Kensington is outstanding!
They repaired my car post-accident in just one day with perfect, efficient work. Their integrity was proven when I found my lost wallet, untouched, under the seat after the repair. They even cleaned and waxed the car! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Super quick - less than 24 hours to turn the repair round. And the car returned absolutely gleaming all over.

I was assigned to Fix Auto by my insurance company and am so pleased. They messaged me immediately with information to come into the garage on my own time without booking an appointment. Once I was there to get an estimate, I was given a slot the following day. They collected my car from home and fixed my headlight and scuffs in one day. I collected a car that looked brand new - polished and cleaned inside and out. Thank you so much.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Aman and Hemal are absolute gentlemen. They carried out a fantastic job with my car which was severely damaged in the front and the rear in an accident. They are highly efficient, professional, responsive, genuinely caring and absolute gentleman. I cannot be more grateful.
