My partners car has been damaged and…
My partners car has been damaged and awaiting repair for over 4 months and fix auto fone about 3 weeks ago and still not got my repair done. I have phone on several occasions for my partner and I can see his frustration twice this week there can give me an answer and was told we call you back still awaiting for call these are the worst garage ever and I could of walk to where ever it is they are getting the parts from quicker also rob was the lad I spoke to twice got him well trained in fobbing people off

Fix auto Wednesbury site Excellent Service from start to finish kept me fully informed of the works throughout with update texts nothing too much trouble when I phoned the site well done lady on reception answering the phone who guided me through the initial procedure and was more than helpful.
Repair was 1st class and I would certainly recommend them they explained reference backlog on parts but in these times you have to be understanding. Car was picked up at arranged time and returned to me when it fitted in with my schedule. This was the recommended repairer via my Insurance More Than. Everyone I saw or spoke to was a credit to the Company.

Absolutley atrocious they took my…
Absolutley atrocious they took my vehicle to get fixed and left me with a car thats low on Oil is a manual and i can only drive auto , the noise of the car is louder than a traktor you can hear the car from miles away. Didnt even want to replace the car for me very highly dissapointed avoid them unless you want to drive a traktor. The breaks dont even work properly i literally skid down the road like a formula 1 driver they shouldve gave me a Helmet with the car
