I can’t recommend Fix Auto Walsall highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service I received from Jaz and Shabana was absolutely exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
What truly impressed me was the speed, efficiency and timing of the repairs. Due to work travel, I had very limited availability, yet they went above and beyond to accommodate this. Despite the challenges of the Christmas and New Year period, the repairs were completed earlier than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back on New Year’s Eve.
The workmanship was amazing — the quality of the repair was flawless, and my car was returned in excellent condition. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to getting my car back to me as quickly as possible did not go unnoticed.

An unfortunate and irratating accident but the assistance and help from both the insurance company and Fix Auto - Walsall was excellent. They delivered a courtesy car and picked up my car for repair, the guy who picked it up was very professional and great and the same guy did the return .... I did explain that I worked nights in the NHS and they were very understanding.... I'd recommend them to any body
