I would give this place zero stars if I could. My car went in for repairs due to a collision. On the 8th day of having the vehicle they rang me to say the work is done but they have problems starting my vehicle. And from there it was horrendous. Various phone calls saying whats wrong with my car etc. It was obvious something was damaged while IN their possession. On pick up the OLD bloke was VILE. Im a 33 year old woman and he came up to me pointing his finger in my face being absolutely disgusting because I asked for proof of invoice of the part being "fitted". AVOID! Absolutely disgusting attitude if things dont go their way. (I was approved this place through insurance). AVOID DISGUSTING VILE PEOPLE!!!

My experience of using Fix Auto was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, right from the first call to arrange a appraisal of the damage, through to collecting the courtesy car, keeping updated on progress and then finally collecting my repaired car that was in tip tip shape.

I was contacted regularly & kept informed the only thing I wasn’t told was how long the car would be with the garage for. Had I have been told this when I was booking it in it could have been worked on while I was away, but instead I booked it in on my return & it was with you 2 weeks & wasn’t really major works !! Just set people’s expectations!!

An excellent service received for auto repair. Only issue was that my BMWi3 door no longer opens using the outside door handle, only from the inside door handle now.

Can't fault the experience
From start to finish the whole service has been excellent. We were referred by our insurance company and were concerned that it wasn't going to a dealership as the car was only 6 weeks old when the damage occurred but we didn't need to be. Repair to an excellent standard and all the staff were great. Thank you

Three attempts to fix the car
When i went to collect the car the standard of work was very poor. The fitting of the new parts was unacceptable. The second time I went to collect it some of the problems had been rectified but more problems had appeared. I eventually collected the car on the third attempt.

Took my car in to be repaired and was told it would take about 10 days, I got it back after 8 days and it was beautifully clean. Staff are lovely and friendly.
