Very friendly receptionist
Very friendly receptionist, kept me up to date on the repair and wasn’t annoyed by me calling up to get more updates. Unfortunately due to delay in parts, the repair took longer than expected, however this was not any fault of the garage.

Did not inform me car was late
I got loads of text in week before car returned to say on schedule for 20/04/26 but then nothing on the friday or monday. I called you on the monday to be told everything was on schedule and someone would call me about the delivery that day. No one called and no one brought my car. I had to get my wife to take me to a site meeting 20 miles away and waste half her day. The car repair and the chap who took and returned the car was great, but overall I was greatly inconvenienced. I was also supposed to have a curtesy car but assume that was Zenith trying to save themselves some money.

Had a really good experience with fix auto, Kayleigh was great at giving me quick responses and a good overall service, they got my car fixed super quick and the whole team at fix auto made the whole process smooth, would definitely recommend to friend's and family,
