Some delay in waiting for parts but I was kept well informed of progress. Staff were always very helpful and pleasant. The work completed was excellent and some additional issues were also dealt with at my request. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend

Very happy with the repairs and excellent and reassuring customer service. Only criticism is they left the alloy locking nut key on the wheel.

Our Motability vehicle was collected in a sorry state after sustaining a lot of nearside damage when avoiding a pedestrian in the road at night then, whilst waiting for a repair date, someone kindly reversed into our rear bumper whilst being parked in a supermarket!
So we had to submit two no fault claims for repair but it was no problem for M & M to co-ordinate and ensure a quick and professional turnaround, keeping us informed regularly on the progress of the repairs. On its return, our car looked like the day it was rolled out of the showroom! Many thanks for a job well done.

Side of my car was badly damaged in a collision.
Repair carried out to perfection, including a 1" minor scratch which was already on an adjacent panel; unable to tell that there had ever been any damage.
Parts availability, outside the repairer's control meant that my car was off the road for several weeks but M&M regularly kept me updated.

I would thoroughly recommend Fix Auto Stoke On Trent to fix your vehicle ,I recently had to have my new cars bodywork and from start to finish they were excellent ,they collected my car from my home ,did a first class job on my vehicle and delivered the car back to my home ,all through the procedure I was kept informed by the wonderful polite staff from phone calls to the delivery drivers all were excellent ,

Everything went smoothly. Staff were polite and efficient. My car was collected and returned in a timely manner. I'm happy with the repair.

Fantastic repair job done by the guys at M&M. The 2 delivery gentlemen were lovely, kept me updated on my delivery time and even parked the vehicle back on my drive for me. Special mention for Judy as her customer service skills were fantastic and she really went above and beyond when I needed to get my vehicle back. Thankyou all!!

The staff are incredibly polite, friendly and professional. I was dealt with promptly each time I went - to get the estimate, leave my car and subsequently pick it up. The job was done very well and my car came back looking like new, inside and out - thank you for the excellent valeting. I think they went above and beyond and were very understanding when I had to change the date my car went in. I should like to say a particular thank you to Jo, who did an amazing job.

The company were really professional they took over all the stress I was looking after my husband as he ill and sadly he passed away and they looked after me I felt no pressure at all and my car looks like new I would like to thank all the team

The majority of staff were friendly and easy to talk to during my car repair.
They kept me up to date while I was waiting for my repair.
A little disappointing to find out after the repair was completed about a separate issue found during a diagnostic test. I would have appreciated being informed about the separate issue found but I was only made aware when I picked the car up on completion of works carried out.
I was a little shocked to pick my car up with no fuel in my car and the fuel gauge was showing Red. I did ensure that their courtesy car on return was filled with fuel.
I was satisfied with the repair.
