Outstanding service. The team are extremely professional, listen to what we wanted and I have to say delivered at a much higher level that we had expected. Ranjit and his team are genuinely superb! I don't normally leave reviews, but their service etc. was so refreshing, I just had to jump on a write them a well deserved review - thank you.

Fix Auto Slough have done an incredible job with repairing my vehicle and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of repairs. They have a business wattsapp so it makes it super easy with sending over photos and staying in contact during the repairs. I had multiple updates while my vehicle was in with them, so I was kept well informed. The team are friendly, helpful and chatty in person and couldn’t be more tentative. The fleet of courtesy cars were new 72 plates, in immaculate condition and weren’t covered in sign writing like some repair company’s are, which I liked. Cannot fault the service at all from start to finish. Thank you to Andy and the team :)

Although my car was gone for a fair number of weeks it was mainly due to Fix Auto being held up awaiting delivery of parts which was frustrating for them. However, cannot speak highly enough of the Team who were very empathetic and pulled out all the stops to get my car back to me as soon as was possible. The car looks great as if nothing had ever happened to it. Thank you once again Andy, Dillon and the rest of the Team 😀

The service provided by Fix Auto UK Slough was just professional and just brilliant.
Andrew took the stress out of the whole process, making it seemless. He offered updates when requested and was always approachable, patient, accommadating and polite.
The completed bodywork repair was excellent. It looked amazing and my car was in immaculate condition upon return.

The second courtesy car was delivered in a poor condition, eg bodywork dents and scratches and floor carpet torn. These were not pointed out to me in a 'hurried' delivery.

My car was with Fix Auto in Slough for almost 5 months and this was purely due to the person who smashed into me admitting it.
I have to say that Fix Auto kept me up to date regularly, which I found extremely helpful and very much appreciated. As having the accident was highly stressful and frustrating. I spoke to Dhillon on numerous occasions which for me was important having that continuity with someone.
All the people I came into contact with whether that be in person or via phone were extremely friendly, helpful and polite.
When my car was finally ready to be collected, she looked stunning. They had done such an amazing job, replacing the bumper, wheel arch, back panel and door. They had valeted my car inside and out. Top marks for Fix Auto.

I found and used fix auto as I required work to be carried out on the front bumper area of my car in just a matter of days. Lucy was absolutely amazing the welcome was great, accommodated me by staying behind twice as I finished work late in order to quote then work required. Lucy gave me an honest and fair price/quotation. Parts ordered, work was then carried out to a fantastic standard I couldn’t have been more happier, bearing in mind my car was a high-performance car. On handover Dillon was great explaining what had been completed and that the car had a wash and vac to finish which was a nice surprise! I would highly recommend this service to any person requiring welcoming, professional staff, work completed to a very high standard and being able to deliver when they say they will. Thank you and keep up the great work!

My car insurance suggested me to use Fixauto. The car had accident in Oct and repair was done in Jan. In the beginning Fix auto had zero correspondence with me. I had to call them 5 - 6 times. The receptionist and staff was polite and helpful but it added to my stress. I called insurance company thrice for help. I think the company was relocating and new customers were their least priority. Eventually I am booked and the service thereon was very professional and great. My car was picked up, repaired, washed and dropped to my home. I am really happy with the job done. The courtesy car was almost new and I am grateful for that. I give 3 stars because of the initial stress I had dealing with them. I hope it was one off.

After a single voice Mail by Fix Auto to arrange for my car collection, all subsequent communications to get my car in for repairs was poor. All chasers and the task of dropping my vehicle off to the Bodyshop where initiated and done by myself. Taking me two weeks to finally get to this point.

The Courtesy car provided was a small hatch back which was neither adequate nor equal in grade to my mid-sized car. Having a newborn, this presented quite a few challenges.

Repair to damaged area looks good aside from some minor scratches which I’m surprised to see on the panels which would have been repainted…something I will bring up with Auto-Fix.

Auto-Fix’s Explanations to my feedback where put down to technical issues with their telecoms system and lack of alternative available courtesy cars.

Fix Auto provided a courtesy car and the repairs look like new. They showed great patience with some challenging issues between the insurance company and the leasing company but throughout this they communicated politely and efficiently with me. I would recommend them.

Excellent service, great communication and effecient vehicle collection / drop off. Exceptional workmanship, my car came back like nothing had happend and been properly cleaned.

Following the insurance company go ahead for my accident repair, Fix Auto Immediately contacted me and arranged collection of my vehicle and the supply of a courtesy car. The collection and handover of the cars was thorough and professional. Fix Auto kept in regular contact regarding status of the works. Once the work was completed, the formalities were finalised over the telephone and drop off my car and collection of courtesy car arranged. I was very please with the bodywork repair and would recommend Fix Auto for their customer service, reliability and thoroughness.
