I can thoroughly recommend this company. My car which was brand new in September and had only done 800miles was involved in a no blame collision causing extensive damage. the car was collected and returned by this company who kept me informed of progress by e mail and phone throughout. The repairs were carried out to a very high standard, in particular the paintwork which is a metallic finish.

Helpful from the outset. Superb body job. Would have been helpful to have an earlier confirmation of likely completion date.

Great service. My wife had a no fault accident. Fix Auto collected the car at a time of my suiting, and very quickly came back with a repair estimate.

The service was prompt, efficient and professional but also friendly and compassionate. They made a horrible occurrence bearable. Whilst I hope I don't have to use them again I would have no hesitation if it ever becomes necessary.

The car looked fantastic when we collected it and we were allowed a great loan car whilst ours was being repaired. The folk we dealt with on both occasions were polite and friendly so we'd definitely recommend anyone who needed their car repaired to use Fix Autos.

I booked a repair of my wing mirror with fix auto in 2023, received a link to send pictures of the damage to my wing mirror and they called me to ask me to re-take the pictures of my vehicle, after I’d sent the new pictures I didn’t hear from them, I called the repair in a further 2 more times and no response so I just got on with it. My car failed it’s MOT on the grounds of a washer get not working and the blinker light not working in the wing mirror that was broken so I called the insurance and told them that it had failed on the grounds of a repair that was never repaired. It took fix auto 16 days to collect the vehicle from Kwikfit and I had to call them on the 16th day to ask them if they’re going to collect the vehicle because Kwikfit called me to ask what was happening with my car. Kwikfit had already sorted the washer jet so the only thing that was left was the drivers wing mirror. They called me 2 days after FINALLY collecting the car and told me it was ready for me to pick up, when I picked it up to take it to Kwikfit for another MOT it had been waiting to be collected so long it needed a complete re-mot instead of ticking off the 2 fixed problems. Well it’s a good job because when I put my key in the ignition the dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. Whilst wiring in the new blinker they had messed around with the electrics and caused around 5 electrical faults to the car which wasn’t there when they collected the car themselves but after putting the key in to test the electrics after fitting the light they would of 10000% known that they’d done something wrong with the amount of electrical faults that was on the dash board. They also let me drive it back to Kwikfit knowing it was potentially dangerous for me, he definitely could of drove it round himself. Or maybe just fixed the problems he created before giving the car back??? When it failed it’s MOT again because of the electrical faults Kwikfit rang me to explain that these faults are knew and was not on the original MOT. The man I spoke to from fix auto was the most rude person I’ve had to deal with in terms of admitting liability. He told me that Kwikfit do not have the means to properly MOT a vehicle and that the electrical faults was already there, they asked me to get the car towed away for repairs somewhere else. The truth is that fix auto are one to avoid if possible. Not the best mechanics, rude and no admitting liability. Personally I would of commended him telling me that somewhere along the line they had caused the electrical faults but he was out of his depth for the repairs. But instead he lied and tried to blame others.

The quality of repair was well done. Staff friendly.
Communication regarding parts arriving & length of time waiting was not so good. I had to keep phoning to find out what was happening.
On having my car back some electrics did not work due to necessary parts being dis connected, I had to return the car to have it rectified.

Just picked up a car after repair and have to say the quality of service and repairs are excellent, would definitely recommend
