Accident repair on my Vauxhall Vivaro. I asked my insurance if my van could go here after an accident due to them doing a perfect repair on my wifes VW Golf a few years ago. They agreed and they arranged collection.
As expected they done a perfect repair, you can't tell that's anything has been repaired. I got regular updates every week letting me know the stages of repair and progress.
Totally excellent.

Unable to respond to previous reply from company, however would like to confirm that I was told by the receptionist that the part ordered was incorrect and had to be re ordered. I understand that extra parts needed to be ordered for repair however when I chased for an update on these parts I was told that it was incorrect and would need to be re ordered.

Fix Auto Pershore repaired my vehicle for an insurance claim. Their communication was excellent at every stage, from acknowledging receipt of the vehicle through updating me at every stage of the repair right up to arranging for collection. They even agreed to my leaving the courtesy car with them when I collected mine. The repair itself was beautifully executed and the vehicle was returned to me fully valeted, with full details of the work done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I drove to Pershore for my 11.00a.m. appointment on Tuesday 1st April 2025 for my Car Examination that was arranged in consultation with Admiral Car Insurance Company.I was really pleased when Fix Auto employee said "leave the car with us and we will commence the repair today.It will be 3/4 days.A Young lad then drove us to Broad Street,Pershore where we intended to have lunch.As we are retired we could have lunch and then commute back to Droitwich Spa where we live on our Free Bus Pass.On the Friday morning 4th April we had the phone call to say that our Car was ready and it would be delivered back to our home immediately.When the Car pulled up at our home 20 minutes later I could not believe my eyes.My car looked as if it had come from New Car showroom.Cleaned.Polished and valetted.What a
