The repair and service provided was excellent. Neil was always happy to help.

Fix Auto are an excellent firm to deal with having polite and informative folks on the end of the phone. We were kept advised by text of each stage of progress regarding the repairs being carried on our car which took a lot of the wondering and worrying associated with waiting to get the car back in the road.
The quality of the repairs was exceptional and our car looks ‘as new’ once more. Gary, who was responsible for collecting the car for repairs and delivering it back once done was very helpful and is an excellent ambassador for the company.
10 out 10 for everyone we dealt with over the phone. This really is a breath of fresh air in providing top class customer service.

We took our car In having had Freddie do an estimate for the insurance
When we took the car in we told Freddie we had an inquest on the Monday and needed the car to go there. He said he would try.
Sure enough Friday we got a call, paid and the car was delivered clean and tidy and available for the inquest. Thank you Freddie and thank you FixAuto

Picked up my motorcycle from Fix Autos Oswestry after they had repaired it following an interaction with a careless driver.
The repairs were excellent as was the whole experience of dealing with this company . From start to finish, communication from front of house through to workshop and management was speedy and efficient. Thanks to Martin and co for making the experience stress free and friendly. After my car was damaged in a car park, my insurance put me through Fix Auto. Right from go they were very helpful and the cat was collected, repaired and returned as new. Their communication was excellent and I was kept informed all the time.

The repair took three weeks which , given the relatively minor nature of the damage, seemed quite a long time. I was charged over £300, on top of the insurance cost, but couldn't really see what had been undertaken to justify that extra cost and I am awaiting the opportunity, at my leisure, to return the car to the garage to have a bit more buffing and polishing undertaken,as agreed by Neil

My experience with this company has been excellent! After a bump they delivered my courtesy car at an agreed time, repaired my car and brought it back to me. The repair was brilliant and the car looks like new! Throughout they kept me informed of progress and were pleasant and professional. I am very impressed and grateful.
