From beginning to end the company made the process easy for me. Working all day and having to have a car to get to work the company removed any stress. The repair to my car was first class. The service was fantastic and the staff fantastic.

Kind and efficient throughout, they sent texts as the repair progressed, and returned my car not only neatly restored, but cleaned inside and out. No need to find, buy, insure, tax, learn to drive, another car.

Great company from start to finish
Great company from start to finish! After a battle with my insurance company saying my van was a total loss from day 1, Fix Auto managed to assess my vehicle as best they could from images I sent, as I didn't want my van leaving my property without being repaired. After a few days they agreed with me that the vehicle was repairable. My van was then picked up, repaired and delivered back to me within 1 week. Absolutely great service and they kept me informed at what stage the repair was at. I would highly recommend both Crediton and Newton Abbot branches as I believe they work with each other.
