Excellent service. Friendly, informative and did what they said they would do and in plenty of time. Couldn’t ask for more.

Picked up vehicle next day after claim as promised with telephone call. Kept in phone contact, updating me with progress regularly, until delivering car back to me as soon as repairs were finished. Vehicle looks as good as new after accident damage rectified. All staff polite, courteous and genuinely friendly. I'll be telling my insurers that their contractor has lived up to and beyond expectation. I can name check Wendy and Dan in particular, however everyone at FixAuto UK works to the same high standard.

Fix Auto UK – Fix Auto Mid Devon were brilliant from start to finish. My Toyota Corolla was recovered as part of an insurance claim after it was damaged while parked (a Land Rover with a dodgy handbrake rolled into it) just before Christmas, so it was a pretty stressful time.

They kept me regularly updated throughout the process by text and phone, which I really appreciated, and everyone I spoke to was genuinely friendly and helpful. The repair work is excellent and it’s also guaranteed, which gives real peace of mind.

To top it off, the car was delivered back to me washed, vacuumed and looking great. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with the result. The car was picked up as arranged and I was kept informed all the way through. When my Golf was returned it looked better than even before it was damaged. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Mid Devon. I would add that if trustpilot could make their app less sensitive it would greatly help writing the reviews

I was surprised and thrilled with the speed they repaired my car, keeping me updated with progress throughout. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to to anything- they collected my car, left me with a courtesy car,then returned mine when it was ready. Excellent service and so efficient.

After my accident and reporting it to my insurance company I was contacted by Fix Auto the same day. All the staff I talked to were polite and professional. I was kept informed of how my car was progressing.
The delivery and pick up of the courtesy car went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly and personable.

My car was in an accident late November and Fix Auto Mid Devon was the insurance approved repairer, my car was taken in on the Sunday (collected within 90 minutes) and I received a phone call from the garage on Monday.
From that point on (day one) I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.
My car was also due an MOT and Service during the time it was being repaired which Fix Auto also managed to arrange for me so it was one less thing I had to worry about.
As December wore on (while waiting for a part for the repair) I spoke with Fix Auto and they promised they would do all they could to get it back to me before Christmas but no guarantees (it depended on the part).
Well, they went above and beyond - my car was fixed, MOT'd and serviced AND delivered to my home (over an hour away) a few days before Christmas!
I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto and I only wished I live closer so I could use them all the time!

The whole process with Fix Auto Mid Devon was very simple.
The customer service department were all very polite and reassuring. Everything was sent over via text message or email and I found everyone very supportive throughout

They were able to loan me a courtesy car for over the Christmas period which was invaluable.

My car was collected from my place of work and delivered back, which meant lack of inconvenience for me.
Both sets of staff who took and brought my car were amazing and couldnt have been nicer and explained everything in great detail.

Very polite and helpful driver for the replacement car, and all timings adhered to.

Overall no fault with service or repair. However courtesy car left a lot to be derired. From a merc to a small underpowered auto was not ideal. Yes ,it was a courtesy car, but not up to the job as an auto.
