My vehicle was damaged by a lorry and needed a panel replaced and lots of marks/scratches repaired. From start to finish the whole process was uncomplicated and I was regularly kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by Phil and Vinny. They went above and beyond, with my vehicle being returned to me in lovely condition. Special thanks for the brave man who kindly jet washed months worth of mud from the underside of the Hilux! My car got sent here by insurance after a bump, the customer service is amazing, very welcoming, very quick with fixing my car as well so I wasn’t left without my car for ages, also got my car back all lovely and cleaned inside and out, I live quite far away from the garage but I’d definitely go back if I had any other problems. Highly recommend

Phil and Vinny were extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout the whole process. They even went the extra mile to get me some money off my excess fee. The car looks fantastic, the repair is completely unnoticeable. They even gave my car a valet before returning it.

I would highly recommend Fix Auto Mid Cheshire. I had the pleasure of speaking to Phil. He dealt with me the whole time they had my car. He kept me updated by calls and WhatsApp messages. Very professional and extremely nice. Speaking to him on the phone was like speaking to someone I had known for years. He really did go above and beyond for me. He even had the inside of my car cleaned for me which was extremely nice of him. I wasn't expecting it. I received my car back today and it was gleaming inside and out and the work I had done was fantastic. It looks like a brand new car. Thank you so much fix auto but especially Phil!
