We were expecting to be without our car…
We were expecting to be without our car for quite some time having been told that delays in getting the necessary parts might occur. So we were pleasantly surprised to get it back three days after Fix Auto had collected it. Throughout the process, Fix Auto were courteous and helpful and we could not fault them.

Car looks brand new again
This garage has been amazing to keep me in regular contact regarding the repairs and part orders being made. I actually got my car back sooner than expected but couldn't receive earlier due to myself not being in town so they held onto it a few days longer. Amazing service and car looks brand new from it's RTC.

After my first accident with significant damage/ a non-drivable vehicle, I wasn’t really sure what to expect or how the process worked…
The guys at FixAuto explained everything clearly keeping me reassured.
They collected my car quickly, then kept me updated with regular calls and messages through the whole process from recovery arrangements, receiving and assessing the vehicle, ordering parts, repairs and completion dates, and finally returning the car to me.
I knew what was going on and when, and they’re super helpful & friendly on the phone.
When my car was returned it was looking and driving like brand new.
Very happy!
