Excellent, trustworthy work
Great work done to damages, vacuumed out and cleaned the inside of my car, and even after accidentally leaving my golf clubs in my car when it was taken for repairs the staff looked after them for me and all clubs were accounted for, would highly recommend to anybody looking for great trustworthy work.

Great Customer Service
The insurance company was very quick to arrange for Fix Auto to phone me. The Fix Auto Customer Service Team were all very friendly and helpful. I was invited to send photos of my car, and then they arranged for my car to be taken to the repair centre. I was kept informed of every stage of the process, and my car has been returned today in perfect condition.

An excellent experience throughout. I was provided with a courtesy car on the same day I dropped off my vehicle, and the repair was completed to an impeccable standard within the promised four-day timeframe. The staff at the office were super helpful.

Expected standard
Constant updates regarding progress of car via email and via telephone contact brilliant. Car finished to high standard and with guarantee of works but would expect this from a company that is affiliated to an insurance company. Progress to get a courtesy car lacking and could have been 5 days without one, if I hadn’t chased it up, when I did get one on day 3.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you were pleased with our communication and the repair quality. We regret the delay in providing a courtesy car and any inconvenience this caused.
Having reviewed the file, we received the claim out of hours on Wednesday, therefore dealt with first thing Thursday morning. Due to the nature of the damage and size of your vehicle, there was a delay from the insurance authorising the recovery into us which holds us up with the issuing of the courtesy car. Your vehicle arrived on the Friday and a courtesy vehicle available the same day.
However, we will take on board your comments and see if there is a way we can work with the insurance to speed up the process and minimise the disruption.

Fix Auto Manchester East have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They kept me very well informed as soon as the insurance company had instructed them and they kept me up to date throughout. The people I spoke to were very polite and understanding and able to provide clear assistance and information on next steps and expected dates of repairs. They have a very easy to use app which allowed me to download photos of the damage to help speed up the process. The vehicle was collected in person and dropped off as promised, which further helped to make the whole process smooth and hassle free.
