Disappointed
My original rating was 4 stars, but I’ve had to change this after realising the issues with my vehicle on its return.
My vehicle was collected with three quarters of a tank of petrol and returned empty. Over half a tank was used, which is far more than should ever be necessary. Because of this, I’m also interested in knowing the mileage that was added while it was in their possession.
The car also came back with several faults that were not there before: lane assist not working, cruise control disabled, radio controls unresponsive, and nothing functioning on the left side of the steering wheel. Clearly, the vehicle was not checked properly before being returned.
This is a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, so having to send it back in again is a major inconvenience.
I also will not be refuelling it for collection when it was returned to me on empty. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience and having to change my review.

Brilliant garage with very helpful staff
After having an accident in my vauxhall Crossland, Loughborough auto fix kept us informed all the time. Unfortunately it took 7 months for a couple of the parts to become available but we either got a text or phone call every week to let us know what was happening. As soon as the parts were received, they finished repairing my car straight the way and it was back with us within a couple of days and it was perfect. Everybody we spoke to was lovely.
