I can't fault these in this business from start to finish kept me updated made me feel so relaxed after yet another repair to my car lovely an they were from the ladys on the front to the guys in the back thank you all so much I hope in a very nice way to never see you again ha 🙏 😊

Staff were very pleasant and helpful,
Took longer than I expected but this was due to Christmas and parts. Kept me up to date on progress.
Even brought the car to my home as I was poorly.

Not the best experience. Had to send my car here due to being an insurance repair. On drop off they couldn’t estimate a time for repair but said once it had been assessed they would contact with an estimate to expect it back by. Didn’t receive any contact and just over a week later got a call saying I had to come and collect within 24 hours. Upon delivery of my car there was white paint marks all over the black trims of the car, alloys and even inside the vehicle, mud all over the floor mats and rushed/unfinished paint work inside one of the doors. Customer service was brilliant and apologetic and it was sent back the week after to be rectified and cleaned. Received it back today and although better there was still paint left on my alloys and tyres and on the passenger seat and inside doors which won’t seem to come off. Will be taking it to get it professionally cleaned myself to remove the rest.

Great service, very quick turn around. Friendly, approachable staff attempted good communication, only slight issue with missing calls and quoting wrong date for estimated completion. Car returned in an immaculate condition. Would use again and recommend.

Collected and delivered my van back off after repair and pleasant when dealing with on the phone.

Auto fix were efficient and flexible in dealing with picking up fixing and delivering my car back to me. Cannot fault them.

The fella gave me my car back, asked how I was and what the damage was before hand, took some pictures and then took the key for the curtesy car. I was seen at reception quickly and left within 10 mins just perfect for my busy lifestyle. I love the new parts to the car they done a great job. Thank you.

Did an excellent job of the repair on my car and kept in contact each step of the way. The door back to door service was appreciated.

They’ve done a fabulous job repairing the damage to the car, we can’t see any trace of where we were hit. They collected the car from our home, as the insurance company had said it was not road worthy. A friendly lady from Fix Autos called to arrange collection, at a time convenient to us. Their representative arrived when they said he would, he introduced himself and carried out an inspection of the car before taking the vehicle away. We received a message later that day with a link to enable us to keep track of the repairs and an estimated date of completion. Fix Autos kept me up to date every step of the way regarding the repair through to completion. When we went to collect the car, we couldn’t see any trace of the damage apart from my partner wasn’t completely happy with the paint job (he’s a valeter by trade); Fix Autos offered to resolve the issue there and then, there was no quibbling. We collected the car later that day, completely happy with the repairs. Not only that, the car was completely spotless inside and out. They went above and beyond. The staff we dealt with were friendly yet professional, customer care is obviously a mantra of the business, which is rare. They are a real credit to the company. Will recommend them to everyone we know.

I received my car back and it still had damage on it from the original accident. Fix Auto stated it was damage the insurer would not pay for. This was completely wrong Fix Auto had not included the damage in the assessment that was sent to the insurer. I now have a further wait for this to be resolved.
In retrospect the main work that was done was better than 3 stars and I will improve my rating if this issue is dealt with promptly

The service was very efficient and I was regularly kept informed of the progress of the job and likely date of the return of my car. The paint job was spot on. The courtesy car was good too. The staff both in the office and delivered/collected the courtesy car were very friendly.

Although my car is taking time to fix I cannot blame auto fix but the manufacturer Vauxhall who cannot supply the parts for some reason.
But I fully support auto fix in their efforts in trying to get the parts.
