Friendly member of staff who kept us informed throughout the whole process. Car was repaired in really good time, we needed it back to be able to go on holiday and after mentioning this they strived to complete the work before we were due to go so we weren't put out. And the car looks good as new!

They kept me informed about my car repairs and send photos of the progress.all the staff I spoke with in person were polite. The car was clean and the paint job excellent. Had a small issue with the washer pipe which was rectified today. I must thank Kai for his professional attention and polite attitude
