You where brilliant, keeped upto date with everything you where doing and returned my car back to when it was ready, thank you.

Staff were helpful, approachable and patient with questions and explanations. Emails were informative and kept us up to date. The car was collected and delivered to our door and the result was first class. The company's 'human' approach is reassuring and makes a lasting good impression.

repair.work was done promptly and a first class job.

The problem with the headlight doesn’t seem to have been addressed as the fault light is still aluminated.

Alex, Reka and the team on the Isle of Wight made the experience of having my car off the road - that might otherwise have been stressful - an absolute breeze.

I was kept informed throughout the process while my parts were on order and during the repairs. Their broad knowledge and expertise with my car and a range of other vehicles in the shop was apparent and nothing was too much trouble for them. My car now looks and runs as good as new. A first class service.

I had not heard of Fix Auto when I dropped off my car for an insurance repair and when I hesitantly asked about the company it was great to be given a little bit of background and re-assured by the team that would be working on my car.

Upon getting my car back I was "wowed" at the fab job that they had made and the team in Cowes on the Isle of Wight had gone over and above.

When I took the car into be assessed I pointed out all the damage and said "dont worry about the scratch" on the wing mirror its not too bad" but I got the car back to find they had repaired that as well and when I showed my surprise and delight - I loved the response "its a lovely car you deserved it to be right" ... Wow thank you so much.

The customer service with the local team here in Cowes on the Isle of Wight was outstanding - the lady based on the mainland who I phoned to enquire on Monday 1 July if my car would be ready today - not so much, whilst she apologised for the delay I guess she had that Monday morning feeling that we all get from time to time, a little more patience and perhaps just listening to me and being as re-assuring as the local team would have been nicer but I guess we all have "off days"

Fantastic job done on my car for fairly minor scrapes and dinks, matched paint work perfectly, very reasonable pricing and swift work too.

A really superb repair, which required a new rear passenger door and restoration of damage to the rear wing. I was impressed by the professional and very friendly approach of the team, who kept me informed and made big efforts to finish the job within the estimated time. Including having all replacement parts on time. The car was beautifully valeted inside and out too; it's like a brand new car again! Thank you very much. I can thoroughly recommend Fix Auto Isle of Wight.

Very nice staff, good service and very pleased with the work.

Completion dates were amended daily but website never updated. Discrepancies re actual repairs undertaken, original wear and tear still present on car to parts that were supposedly replaced.

Two stars are a bonus in my eyes. My car was taken in July to be repaired and I have only just received it back, nearly two months !! ~The day I was supposed to have the car back (on or around 12th August) I was told that it was not ready and that the garage was closing for two weeks holiday. Had I known this was going to happen I would have asked the insurers to instruct another repair company, too late once they had the car. I was told it would be returned on Friday 3rd Sept, but I had a hospital appointment. They advised they would work around me. After no call, I phone on 6th and asked for it back before 11.30 to be given excuses which I would not accept. I now have it, not at all impressed :(
