Helpful people on reception who know what they're talking about. Would highly recommend Lisa especially.
Garage did a great job fixing my car. Flawless!

Took way to long to do repairs with car going in in June and not back til October
No communication unless we were proactive and despite promising to phone back they did not on at least four occasions.
Gave wrong information on the phone about why there were delays. Went from waiting for one spare part to 14 spare parts and back to one again.
Riley’s the car was ready by email and when I phoned they said they would be closed at weekend and when we turned up they said they hadn’t expected us. Clearly not using their own customer tracking system. Refused to pass me onto more senior managers or get a call back. Really terrible customer management.

I especially want to mention Shannon she is an asset to your company has excellent customer service skills friendly, welcoming and made sure you know the process and explained everything clearly!

1 star is too high had car for a week and didn’t move or get looked at. I then complained as my 86 year mother couldn’t use a courtesy car but needed her car fixed after complaining to head office her car was ready end of the second week. Shannon on reception was rude, unhelpful ans unprofessional will never use this company again down to customer service no update, phone never answered and rude when attending reception shame as repair ok.

Amy in the Elgin office is a clear asset to the company and could train Shannon!

Amazing work, and lovely staff!

Fix auto failed to put bulb into new headlight unit and so I wasted much time when I got home trying to work out what was the fault. During this time Fix Autos solution was for me to bring car in to their workshop - this would have required a 4 to 5 hour journey. However, they did promptly post the bulb to me and I fitted the bulb myself
Also, I had requested Fix auto to check steering as the accident had caused the steering wheel to become about 5 to 10 degrees out of alignment. This was not recorded during assessment and hence was not carried out.

3 rd time repairing my car very proffesional

Once my car was booked in it only took just over a week to get it back. However I did have to wait several weeks for them to take the car in for repair due to lack of courtesy cars.

There were a few mixed messages regard in a completion date but, once sorted out, in fact I couldn’t fault the service. I wonder if it’s more about me and my love for my car that exacerbated my experience. Staff were great (Shannon in particular was very helpful and tolerated my phone calls very well); the job was first rate. Thanks to FixAuto Inverness.

Great service, couldn't fault a thing, great communication from start to Finnish. Great online app also to track how your car is going through the different stages of the process. Has to be said that they are a Very well organised team. Highly recommended.

Delighted car is fixed. However, receptionist was a bit miss informed. Had to phone insurance about this. Car seems to have gained a few miles. Had a passenger too.

Very grateful for their determination to overcome all the issues that emerged during the process. Well done all round.

Excellent service, I had to wait quite a while before getting my car in, but once a curticy car was available the whole process was very efficient the staff were lovely and very helpful

My car repair was promised to complete on Friday 30th, but didn't get it back until 4th of June.
The repair seems to have been done to a high standard. No trace of it visible at all. Would have got 5 stars if I'd got it back as originally promised.

The girls in reception were extremely helpful and polite. The car was returned as it had just left the showroom. Extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done on my car. Thank you.

Answered all queries quickly and effectively.

The courtesy car drop off and my repaired car return were punctual .

Great customer service from Lisa who kept me informed all the way through the process, and a fantastic repair job done, as good as new.
