Consistent updates and friendly staff
Fix auto kept me updated throughout my repair process and completed the work very quickly, the car was picked up and delivered to my home address alleviating any stress and the car was returned in excellent condition even washed and polished, excellent company

Fixauto did amazing repair on my car.I am pleased with the outcome.Howeverl gt frustrated when they took longer time than 3-5 working days as they advised before picking my car for repair.Overally they have done a brilliant job.

The best experience from Fix auto received from start to finish
From start to finish, the staff were very professional and went over and above to help me and answer my questions. The repair was quick and looked brilliant when the car was returned. It had even been polished and looked brand new.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from the whole team. My courtesy car was driven over to me but special thanks to Abbie. Her communication and understanding was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and very friendly.

Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be happier, had to have a new bumper after someone went into back of me , not only is job perfect they also took all the hassle off me by arranging a courtesy car. A special mention to Abbie who was brilliant to deal with and also Tony. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
