Very helpful and friendly staff , a good service and a very well completed repair on my car.

Excellent customer service, was promised an ETA date and Fix Auto in Hainault stuck to their date which I was extremely happy about. They continuously updated me via email and phone calls to keep me posted on repairs time and back log on parts orders which made it easier for me to know what the status of the repair was. The repairs made the car look brand new again. Highly recommend this garage for car repairs.

Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance company so as someone who with no knowledge on cars, I took their word for it. When I dropped off my car, I didn’t anticipate saying goodbye to it for 32 days!!! I’ve never had a repair take this long and although a part needed to be ordered in, I was told it had been delivered by around day 12 i.e. long before I eventually collected my car. Further delays were then attributed to staff sickness in the painting workshop but again, this took the best part of 1 week. The protracted repair was most frustrating but I must give credit for the regular updates and the very clean car that was returned to me.

Had my Alfa repaired here. It’s an uncommon car, so parts are not readily available, and FixAuto informed me ahead of time which parts were on back order, so I was aware of how long the repair might take. The repair was done to a very high standard and the member of staff from whom I collected the car was polite and professional. So glad to have my car back and can enjoy driving again. Thanks guys!

Fix Auto did a good job of fixing the dent on my car! They have good customer service. They were courteous and friendly. Thank you for the repair and cleaning the car and making it look smart!

I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto UK from start to finish with my car being repaired. The person I liased with was called Daniel. He had excellent customer service skills. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He called me to update me on the progress of my car. The estimation which was given for my car to be fixed was
accurate. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Terrible service my car has been with fix auto Hainault now for 5 weeks, instead of the 2 weeks indicated to repair the front end damage.

The garage notified us the car was ready to be collected after 4 weeks, however upon inspection the 'new' replacement bonnet was damaged and even worse, there is now a 300mm dent to the rear nearside wing. The garage is claiming the dent was already there, which is categorically not true and their booking photos and all paperwork signing the car in shows no evidence of any damage to the rear nearside wing. Furthermore, upon collection we noticed polish residue near to the new dented area. They claimed they were just cleaning the car.

On three occasions I have seen the car parked on a public highway, half way up on the pavement which they denied first of all and then promised would not happen again but has.

Ken the manager, says he does not work a full week therefore decisions can only be made Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is causing severe delays.

The repair of my damaged car looks excellent and was done in a very short time (about a month). I recommend them.

Great service, after the estimate they picked my car up, delivered the courtesy car and kept me informed of the progress. Did a very good job on my car, very happy.

My insurance company informed me to take my vehicle to this garage to get my car door repaired.

The garage telephoned me to tell me that there is damage to the bottom part of the steering, and we should claim from the insurance for further repairs, I informed Mr Ken and his stupid garage that my car was not damaged beside the driver’s door which the insurance company knew clearly.

That is what they are paying for and have asked you to repair.

After 16 days This company & Mr Ken decided to fiddle with the steering column and called me to inform me that the cost to replace the steering part was £2000, the car is not drivable, and for me to come and collect it. This is a 2019 car well-kept vehicle; I am shocked that this nonsense still happens in this day and age.

I immediately told Mr Ken that it was unbelievable and shocking, and his response was should have just agreed with me and got your insurance company to foot the bill.

I am now in the process of taking this company to court.

Will keep you updated do not use this company.
They are very shady, the cowboys operate the following companies, I would not be surprised if HMRC is to investigate their accounting practices.

They have been unprofessional and not helpful from the very start to the repairs to my car. I had to go a few times to collect my car And both times it was an incomplete job.the first time only half the back bumper was painted. The car looked two different shades. It looked awful. I had to ask them to complete the job. They blamed the insurance company saying they were asked only to paint half the bumper. Makes no sense to me. Then the petrol gauge was not fitted back properly and was not flushed so I had to go back a third time to have that fitted.I also had to go back again as they got paint on my alloys and didn’t clean it up. Then again when the signals on my car came on And they refused to repair it.now my car is not road worthy. They have just left it like that without repairing the damages they caused on my car. Please I beg you do not use their services. You will be disappointed ☹️
Please don’t mention poor workmanship about other garages when your work on my car was so poorly done and the amount of stress that was caused.

I would like to bring to the attention of management that one of your front of house employees Daniel is a credit to your organisation and the team . From arrival at the site he was polite smiling engaging listened to everything paid attention to detail all a customer needs.

This continued until the end of the duration of the work he was professional did what he said initially as in information updates please give him my thanks he made this experience easy.

As a company your training shows through there were two people front of house and they were a credit to the company.

The quality of the work was excellent so thank you to the workshop.

I was impressed, first and foremost of course, by the excellent quality of the repairs to my 6-month-old car: the quite severe damage to the body work along the near side was repaired to perfection with not a trace of the previous damage. Secondly (but to my mind of equal importance), was the politeness and sheer pleasantness of the staff who dealt with me, from the telephonist (at the Dagenham branch) who arranged the appointment, to receptionist, Ken, at Hainault who gave a clear and informative idea what needed to be done and kept me regularly informed of progress while I was without my vehicle. I should also mention the delightful young man who showed me around as I inspected the completed work. The courtesy car supplied, although smaller, was more than adequate. A truly great service!

The team were very quick, communicated throughout and the service of collecting and dropping my car back was extremely convenient

Ken and his team completed repairs on time (actually a day early!) and with superb customer service

Poor customer service I was treated like a thug.
Service was not completed.. I still have to go back there again. Wasted my whole afternoon there been denied to pick my van.

I also noted that the back parking sensors is not properly fixed.. wondering if they tested them after fixing..

My insurance company has instructed them to collect my motor vehicle for repairs. They have collected but the problem you as a client not able to contact them because they do not answer the calls at all. I have end up reporting them to my own insurance company. They have managed to repair my motor vehicle and return back to me but vehicle had issues over heating, headlights not been done properly and the steering wheel was scratched. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
