A thorough repair was made
A thorough repair was made and we are happy with the work that was completed on our car. When discussing the work that was required, we were confident that you were ensuring that our car was returned to us in the excellent condition it was in before our non-fault accident. The only criticism that we have is that a courtesy car was not available to us for the duration of the repair. We could have had one 3 weeks in, but agreed that we could wait until we returned from holiday, as we were due to go away a couple of days later. However, there was not a car available for us upon our return. When one did become available it was only a week before our car was due to be returned (total repair time 8 weeks), we decided to not have it. This was because FixAuto had kindly agreed to drop our car off at our house if we didn't have the courtesy car, which suited us better. Another reason that we decided not to have the courtesy car for the last week was that it would have been a Fiat 500 which was far too small for our requirements. Unfortunately 'like for like' was not a factor when providing courtesy cars. Had we not got another car in the family, we would have really struggled without a courtesy car, even a Fiat 500, for the course of 8 weeks. Overall, we are pleased with the service and the quality of repairs that we received.

I had my car repaired after an incident, through my insurance company. This was the garage chosen and I'm very glad, as the service was great. Rebecca was very helpful and gave great service, and the mechanics did a great job in fixing my car. They also cleaned it inside and out before collection, which I thought was a nice touch!

Very nice people to do business with. I felt from the outset that my car was in good hands, and indeed it was returned to me promptly following a well-executed repair. They gave it a full valet, too, so that the car was much cleaner when I got it back than when I'd left it with them. A friendly, professional service from Rebecca and her colleagues; a job well done.

Had my car repaired by Fix-Auto GY (formerly Red Rocket) after third party damage. Communication was great, they covered everything, including courtesy car drop-off on completion. All as quoted and completed within the timescale specified.
