Being very helpful and reassuring and getting your car back on time

Recently, my wife's car was damaged by a driver in our local supermarket car park, who then drove off. The matter was referred to our insurers who appointed Fix Auto to repair our car. The whole experience was hassle free and completely straightforward. I dropped our car off on the Thursday morning and it was returned to us completely repaired the following Tuesday. In the interim period we were provided with a courtesy car. I found all members of staff at Fix Auto Glasgow North who I dealt with to be friendly and helpful. I have no issues recommending Fix Auto Glasgow North to anyone considering having their car bodywork repaired.

I'm impressed with the standard of bodywork repair. My car had major scuffs and damage due to an accident and it looks as good as new. The staff were also polite, communicative and friendly, I was also given plenty of notice to collect etc.

My reason for losing stars is due to the fact both times I collected my car (repairs missed due to insurer not Fix Auto) i had a minor fault. Would just advise that the company checks all minor details before arranging customer collection.

Edit: the fault was a sensor not being calibrated which was a silly miss from a company who specialises in repair work. The second fault (which I've had no communication about) is due to the company not using manufacturer compliant materials. The company has found the time to reply to this review, but not the email sent regarding the new fault in my car since collecting last week.

Ladies in the office were amazing so helpful as I had to cancel due to delay with courtesy car. Car was delivered after repair honestly can’t thank the team enough as it was during a stressful time for my family thank you so much

Sadly after getting a motability vehicle in July this year. My local Fix Auto in Hawthorn St Possilpark,Glasgow. Has had the honour of fixing it back to new condition twice. Office staff where brilliant,friendly and helpful. I was kept informed at all points of repair. They even helped me download pics that I'm useless at. The bodywork/paint job was excellent. Also done a full valet. No offence but hopefully won't b visiting again. But they made a bad week better. So big thank you for that. I was angry /stressed, With repairs, insurance,police,n BLOODY NEIGHBOURS. would highly recommend if U need repairs.

The staff kept me fully informed of what was happening with the car and were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The car looked absolutely fantastic when returned. The customer services were excellent.

A well deserved five stars. Everything went so smoothly - they picked up my car and dropped off a courtesy car. My repair was completed in 5-7 days. When ready the courtesy car was picked up and my car was brought back. Great customer service - from the guys dropping off/picking up and the lovely ladies in customer service they couldn’t do enough. They made an upsetting/stressful situation very easy. A BIG thank you to everyone.

Car was repaired very quickly and staff were very helpful also I had left my mobile phone in courtesy car and the staff phoned a few branches to find the car and hence my phone even though they didn’t need to really good customer service

In April this year my car came to you after a major incident and the lady I dealt with at that time was so kind. It was within 24 hrs and I was still very shocked and weepy. She went out of her way to calm me, dealt with everything calmly and reassured me constantly. She even went the extra mile to call me the next day to ask how I was feeling and to once again reassure me that everything was in hand and that she would maintain contact until the car was repaired. Since then the car was again with you for a second repair when I attended your site personally and thought I would have no difficulty identifying the lady to thank her again. What are the chances that I would find another three of your “angels”, all blonds. Kindness with a real Glasgow feel. I do not know who does your recruiting but they certainly have got it “ spot on”. The males I met, though not all “ blonds” were equally helpful, pleasant and so supportive. What a wonderful team you have. Oh and the work carried out, was excellent. I had problems with this car several times and returned to the dealership where the car was purchased and was sent off every time with “ nothing wrong with the car “ almost as if they took my complaint at a personal level. Brought it your depot and within an hour the fault was found and fixed within a week to a very high standard. Can’t beat that for service. To boot they listened, believed me and were determined to get to the route of my problem which was causing an extremely dangerous driving problem.
